If you are traveling by bike, a good place to sleep is important. The Andrea house has very, very good mattresses. Absolutely recommended. Slept very well. Clean nice room. Any time.Staff very nice and helpful. And a bicycle garage. Price to performance unbeatable in Crailsheim.

They were always happy to offer advice and help, which made me feel at home.Breakfasts: Breakfasts were delicious and varied. I could try something new every day and the fresh ingredients really made a difference.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with fantastic service and delicious meals. We stayed at the Hotel Andrea for 1 night in July. The first time. A few days later we sent an email to the hotel where we described our impressions in great detail. Without reaction. 3 weeks later we reminded you again of our constructive comments. To date there has been no response. For this reason, we are now giving the rating publicly but in an abbreviated form:The rooms are clean, the bed was good, the staff is very friendly.The rooms in the guest house still need to be improved in detail. Among other things, there are no sockets, the bedside tables are small tables... We were missing a small trash can in the bathroom. Maybe high-level complaints.We can partially confirm other guests' comments about breakfast. It tasted good and everything was fresh. What could be improved, however, is the layout of the buffet (leads to guests constantly crossing paths) and the location of the coffee machine (leads to queues when getting coffee); the offering is a bit small and not varied enough. The cleanliness is sometimes really nasty (dirty felt pockets for cutlery, dirty cutlery), the room is not suitable for the number of guests, it is very loud and uncomfortable.The dangerous thing at the end: The picture shows steps from the outside terrace into the breakfast room.During breakfast, two women stumbled while going in, one even fell and luckily she didn't hurt herself seriously.These steps have become unequally high due to previous structural changes. This leads to accidents.Finally, a word about the price for an overnight stay for 2 people with breakfast. €122.80 is too much for what is on offer.In the future we will use other hotels in Crailsheim where the price-performance ratio is right.It's not right at the Hotel Andrea.
