Everyone was super friendly and nice. We were eating with four people. All four dishes were delicious and plentiful. We can recommend it and will definitely come back.

I felt very comfortable. At this price you shouldn't expect a 5-star hotel, but the room facilities are completely adequate. The Bartsch family and their team work hard to ensure that all guests feel comfortable. Thank you very much for that. The old town of Dinkelsbühl is also well worth seeing.

Older house with nostalgic charm. Delicious food and breakfast. The room we had was newly renovated. Cheap compared to the city center hotels. Free parking nearby. Hotel on the outskirts of the city in front of the city wall.

Everything was good... clean, nice operators, delicious food.The bed was too soft for us, but that's a matter of perception.The proximity to the old town is also unbeatable.

When I arrived together with the other fellow travelers on July 29th. When I arrived there around 5:30 p.m. with 7 fellow travelers, I was informed that, despite the booking being confirmed in writing, only 2 rooms would be available because we were not expected to arrive until Tuesday.Mr. Bartsch said that there were several hotels within a 5-minute walk where I could get rooms. Since I don't know any hotels in Dinkelsbühl, I asked for support. Ms. Bartsch replied that she certainly wouldn't do that because she wasn't the Dinkelsbühl room broker.I referred to the written confirmation from Mr. Bartsch. I can understand that it can happen that bookings are entered incorrectly, but in such a case it would be advisable to help the guests who have arrived to get accommodation elsewhere.Ms. Bartsch then replied that she wasn't interested in what confirmation I had. The only thing that counts for her is what she has entered into the system. Everything else is my problem, none of their business and I should see how I get rooms myself.Under these circumstances, neither my fellow travelers nor I wanted to stay in this house and explained that we would forego the two possible rooms because we wanted to stay together as a group.

Perfect location at the gateway to the city. Very nice service and reasonable, well-kept and renovated rooms. Restaurant in the house. Everything you need for a great holiday in the region.

Unfortunately, the reviews don't quite match. The hotel in quotation marks!!!!!is more like a restaurant with an overnight stay.The entrance alone leads past freezer store doors. The stairs to the rooms are old and dark in the evening. Carpets totally dirty. In the house there is deep fryer fat in the room.In the bathroom the tiles had mold in the shower. The room had cobwebs in the corners.TV only worked 1.2.3. And regional promme is a no go!!!!Dinner was okay for the price. Breakfast Well, but I don't want to go any further.The location is best as it is only 500m to the city center.Totally overpriced for the price of €99 per night, we expected something different.I don't recommend the hotel in quotation marks and won't be coming back.

I've eaten there several times now and it's been very good every time. You really get something for your money there and the prices are extremely fair. The service staff is charming and friendly, you feel comfortable. It's a shame that I live too far away to visit regularly.

The location is brilliant, right in front of the entrance to the old town. Rooms and furnishings good and clean, but be careful, the mattresses are very soft, I had back pain the next day. Breakfast good and sufficient. Hallway and corridors need renovation, the carpet is at the end, open cable ducts should be closed.

I loved the experience of staying and getting to know the city. In a strategic location, close to the entrance to the historic center. With bed, pillow and comfortable clothes. Everything is very new because they carried out renovations. The hostess is very friendly. With good breakfast. Very good price benefit
