Ferienhof Rösch

We had a wonderful week at Ferienhof Rösch in Haidgau. We stayed in the Alpenblick holiday apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is not super modern, but it is nicely furnished. The children were provided with beautiful horse bed linen, which they were very happy about.We had booked breakfast in the inn. Every morning there were fresh rolls, eggs from our own chickens, good sausage and cheese, fruit salad, vegetable sticks, several types of muesli and more... very tasty😋You could also have dinner there, which was always very good.The yard itself is also quite beautiful. There was a barn full of vehicles for the children. Although it's a bit older, it's perfectly adequate and there's something for all ages. Our boys have fully learned to ride bikes here. There was also a large tarred area for vehicles to drive.There is also a hayloft for the children to play in; of course, the parents always have to supervise it themselves.There is also a horse riding company. It's simply great! From the riding instructor to the horses, everything was Tippitoppi! My boys (3 and 5) had real riding lessons on the lunge and the riding instructor made it super child-friendly, highly recommended. My individual lessons in the hall were also great! The horses are sensitive but not at all skittish and very nice to ride!All the animals are very tame and allow the children to pet and feed them very patiently. Assuming the children treat the animals nicely and don't annoy them, then of course they'll jump away, but that's pretty clear. You're just not allowed to feed the horses because of the risk of illness, but that's completely understandable.The farm owners are very friendly and were always helpful if you had questions or gave tips for excursions.The farm is in a small town and of course you need the car to go shopping or go on excursions.But we just spent two whole days on the farm and the children were busy all day.We can really recommend the farm and also think the price/performance ratio is good.

We spent 10 days at the Rösch riding stables during the Whitsun holidays. We liked it very much. Everyone is very nice and always tries to accommodate every wish immediately. Everything is very familiar. The food is fantastic.

We stayed with Rösch for a week and felt very comfortable. Our room (sunroom) was large and modern. The breakfast was great. Our children had a lot of fun on the farm. Riding was just great.

We spent a long weekend here at the end of May (2 adults, 2 children (3 and 5)). We were all able to enjoy the time very much.Because we booked a hotel room, we had a short holiday on the farm with a modern and clean room. The equipment is good, since you hardly spend time there anyway, you don't need much.We found the time to be very authentic. This holiday farm is not just family-friendly on paper. Our three-year-old son loves horses, the five-year-old has nothing to do with them. Both got their money's worth and were able to have a lot of fun for two whole days while we were also able to put our feet up on the numerous deck chairs. The setting is such that the children can keep themselves extremely busy. Of course you have to keep an eye on them, but the fact that everything is geared towards them makes it really relaxed.Even at mealtimes, it was great that they could go into the playroom next to the inn when they were finished. We haven't been able to eat so comfortably since the second birth.The breakfast is completely freshly prepared and very loving. Nothing is missing.We also found dinner very tasty, even though it's not our kitchen. You can just tell that someone there can cook.The opportunity for interaction with the horses could have been greater for our son, which is of course partly because he is only three and also on weekdays (Saturday has less offer than Friday and Sunday is a rest day, which is also important for him which is horses). The older the children, the more offers they can take advantage of. But it certainly has more for little ones than most other places. By the way, that was also the reason for our visit. It was a birthday present.The offerings in the area are also good. We hardly used it because we were only here for such a short time. We definitely recommend the Paulat Falconry, a five-minute walk away. It was a unique experience for us.Thank you to the whole family for the wonderful time and hopefully see you next year!

For me the price-performance ratio is not right at all. 150/night - 2 adults - 2 children below 3 years.The beds were not made.No container for soap in the shower.The vehicles for the children- disorganized, outdated, dirty.The common room messy. No real activity for the children in bad weather.The apartment with a lot of clutter (broken toys). The balcony dirty. And at the end you should clean the apartment yourself (according to the checklist - which you can find in the apartment).The family is very loving. The animals are well looked after.We definitely won't come again.

We stayed on the farm for a long weekend and had two rooms in the Gasthaus Engel. ||The rooms were very nicely decorated, large and absolutely clean! Just the right place to feel good - great! …

Super relaxed weekend spent here. There is a lot on offer for a farm.+ a beautiful clean village+ Riding opportunities for beginners to advanced riders with many horses on the farm+ Playground, fun hayloft, pedal cars+ free access to the cowshed and all other animals (rabbits, chickens, goats, sheep)+ nice holiday apartments with bed linen and towels (although at the end you have to help yourself with removing the beds and vacuuming as it is not a hotel)+ a great breakfast if desired+ Dinner possible+ lots of opportunities to do something in the area (Bad Waldsee is fantastic)Our highlight.+++ Have birds of prey up close in your armsWe'll definitely be back!

First impression of the farm:This is the wrong address: the main house looked completely different in the picture!In the cat room with supposedly 35 square meters - counting the storage room - as we then found out...“Back out again!” On the first day we considered whether we seriously wanted to continue our vacation here at this farm.Kitchen / living area:- the kitchen including appliances and dishes, incomplete, dirty, dirty from previous guests, you couldn't wash up at first because the stopper was too big - we were given a large tub for this.There was a layer of dust/grease on the kitchen shelves and on the appliances. I first rinsed everything we use with the heated water from the kettle because the water didn't get really hot.No microwave, despite stated in the description, ancient tube television.The refrigerator was dirty and old even though it was a replacement device because the actual refrigerator broke about 2 weeks before...Bathroom:- There were still residues of cleaning products in the toilet, hair from previous people in the shower and calcified doors.There were still traces of blood from some killed insects on the wall tiles.A very run-down mirror cabinet that was already damaged at the corners.The towel rack wobbled.All radiators completely dusty and dirty.The floors partly with old laminate, PVC damaged or stained.Different prices for breakfast costs. I was told 12 euros by email, the house folder says 10 euros and on booking.de there is a price of 8 euros.The farm in general seems largely run down, the animals stand on wood/concrete slats. There are few places where they can lie on something.The younger animals had no straw at all to lie on. In addition, some young animals had strange spots that I later identified as a dandruff disease according to Google. This would be contagious and transferable to humans. Not a nice idea!!!The vehicles for the children are pretty worn out.When we booked a riding lesson, we were pretty much dumped: "here's your pony, you can pick it up and ride off!"Strange information for inexperienced tourists - I thought a helmet might also be nice for my 3 year old daughter.On the penultimate day we discovered the sheep that were probably staying in the horse stable for the winter. There was no information about it.On the one hand, Christa Rösner is really hard-working and polite and, based on our complaint about the accommodation, offered us free breakfast during our stay, which we were happy to accept.All in all we felt we had been dealt with. Information about cows and milk had to be booked separately - this was carried out at another farm. There were no offers to help on the farm.On New Year's Eve we celebrated in the hut next door - that was completely ok. However, the bass was so heavy that our walls and windows were booming and our daughter couldn't fall asleep. Here we initially received a cynical "yes, our windows are wobbling too and we should ask in the hut ourselves...."At the end you have to clean your apartment yourself - strange concept - apparently no one checks whether the things are clean afterwards.+ Children were allowed to drive tractors with a show of hands.+ Egg collection 1 per day for the children+ Great and delicious breakfast+ Modern restaurant+ Tina is a super nice riding instructor who talks to people and approaches them, patiently explains questions and also asks again if they need anything!Conclusion: Too expensive for what is on offer! Extra costs everywhere. We're not coming anymore! What a shame!

In August we were visiting friends in Haidgau in the beautiful Allgäu and had booked a room with breakfast at Ferienhof Rösch...It was a very good decision, we really liked it 👍The room was very comfortably furnished and everything was very clean and tidy...the breakfast menu was super tasty, there was everything there and a very plentiful, varied offering 👌also the food on offer in our own inn Engel, who was open in the evening for a few days, was great and super cute 😋 The Rösch family and the service staff are very lovely, friendly people ❤️ every wish was met and fulfilled 👍 we felt completely at home 🥰 when we were back in Haidgau We'll definitely come back for a holiday 😍 we can definitely recommend this family-friendly guesthouse 👍 dear Rösch family, thanks again for everything and best wishes fromMr. Fitzner and Ms. Jugl 🙋🙋‍♀️
