positive: Quiet location, accommodation price in the lowest price segment (I can't write value for money because the accommodation was still not worth the price) - free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately there is nothing more positive to report.We asked around 2 p.m. when the room would be ready, but we were told that it wouldn't be ready until around 3:30 p.m. (according to the booking, it should be available from 3 p.m.). The entrance area didn't look particularly inviting with the half-full ashtray on the parapet and the old painter's ceilings lying in the corner between the entrance steps and the wall of the house.The spacious room with a balcony made a freshly renovated impression and was furnished with older, dark, rustic furniture (a matter of taste). The amenities also included a flat-screen TV, a new refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. Dishes were only available upon special request. So if I want to drink another coffee at midnight, should I call the landlord and have a cup brought to me? This handling is completely incomprehensible to me, because there would have been space for a small cupboard with dishes.The room and bathroom were only superficially cleaned, wool mice under the bed, an old adhesive plaster next to the couch, large cobwebs in the corners of the room, the balcony doors dirty with adhesive residue from adhesive tape and cigarette butts on the balcony floor. In the bathroom by the shower (at eye level) the cobweb was so big (and old) that just looking at it made you shiver. Overlooking them can only be done through blindness or ignorance. The toilet seat was loose and you wonder if it won't be noticeable when cleaning...There are no dining options or shopping opportunities in town, but there are in Lambrecht, about 1.5 km away. The property itself is no longer a country inn, even if the pictures on the internet may give a different impression.
