Excellent apartment, clean, large, great bathroom with a large shower, great balcony, overwhelmingly large.The view of the Alps is incredibly beautiful.The Seider family is very warm, accommodating and extremely friendly!The bread service is super great!Great value for money 👏👍🤗!!!We would like to say thank you for wonderful 10 days in beautiful nature!!!We will definitely be back, warm greetings from the Constanze family and Jens Imhof 🤗

Both the accommodation and the surroundings are beautiful, we would love to come back. Everything was very clean and well maintained, full marks for me, unfortunately only 5 stars but for me it's a 10.

Had a very nice stay in the appartment Heidi, great spacious apartment with everything you need, the open fireplace and the great sun terrace were particularly nice, very accommodating, will definitely come back

We had a wonderful stay at the Sonnenberg guesthouse. Simple communication in advance and also on site allowed us to get around the corner with all sorts of questions.The apartment was well equipped and fully met our expectations.We will definitely come back.Thank you!

Poor treatment of potential guests:On Tuesday I submitted a request to rent a holiday apartment for a travel period of 5 nights. This email was answered with a positive offer from Ms. Seider, which I accepted. 4 days later I found out that she had allegedly made a mistake in the dates and that the apartment had already been taken at the requested time. Since she didn't respond to the email for 4 days, I should have called as the booking wasn't confirmed.As if this alone wasn't enough, I'm amazed to see that the apartment is still available on Booking.com! However, only for booking with a stay of at least 7 nights.With all understanding for the currently extremely difficult situation and the need to generate sales, the way the guests are treated is a disgrace. I would have completely understood if they hadn't made us an offer because they only wanted to rent out weekly and communicated this from the start. But to first contact us with an offer, then let 4 days pass and then lie to the guest that the apartment is not available is simply unimaginably bold!As proof, the photo from Booking from today.
