The Maltan family is very friendly and helpful.Unfortunately the FW isn't that nice. The ceiling height of approx. two meters is pre-programmed for head impacts through the beams. Unfortunately there was dust and cobwebs everywhere in the apartment. Remains of previous tenants could be seen in the bathroom. The floor creaks a lot with every step.Very nice view with major flaws, unfortunately

Very nice and cozy apartment! The accommodation is very well located and you can reach all the highlights of the region within 20 minutes by car. If you prefer to leave your car behind, you can take the bus (bus stop right in front of the door) or hike into the mountains via the directly adjacent hiking trail.In addition, the extreme hospitality of the landlords should not go unmentioned, which rounds off the stay perfectly 👌🏻

What a wonderful location to stay. Fresh rolls at the door every morning and enjoy the view and a cup of coffee on the balcony. Plenty of space for us as a couple. I can definitely recommend going here, but if you don't like a farm then this is not for you.

Beautiful apartment, clean and fully equipped in a great location with countless excursion optionsclose environment. A bus leaves right in front of the door. From the courtyard you have a spectacular panorama of the surrounding peaks. In summer the cows are on the mountain pasture, and there are goats, chickens, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs for the children. In the garden there is a beautiful terrace under an apple tree, there is also a trampoline, a small football field and vehicles for the children. The host family is incredibly nice and has great tips for things to do.If you're looking for secluded peace and quiet, this isn't the right place for you, as the farm is located directly on the main road. This makes it very conveniently located, but you can hear the cars and especially the many motorcycles all the time.

I stayed here for almost 2 months. Beautiful updated holiday apartments. I love the Family Maltan. True Bavarian experience on a working dairy farm. The family history is as rich as the experience you will have here. The surrounding area is chalk full of activities and history. Kaltbachlehen is a great choice if you are visiting the area.
