Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, nice hosts with lots of excursion tips. It's best to leave your car at the hotel and use the free buses, as parking fees are usually charged at the excursion destinations.

Thank you for your warm welcome. You immediately feel as welcome as if you were arriving with family. This was also heard from other guests who were there at the same time as us.The rooms were really very nice and super clean and well maintained.The breakfast buffet was very rich and there is 100% certainty that there is something for everyone.The location of the guesthouse couldn't be better. A very nice unobstructed view of the mountains. It was our first time there, but definitely not the last time.Thank you Biggi, thank you Manfred for the unforgettable week with you.The attached photo is the view from our balcony.

Great for relaxing and escaping from the hectic pace of everyday life. I have rarely experienced such a warm and friendly owner. Here everything is still made in-house. A personal, individual breakfast with regional products is included every day.And yet there is still time for a chat.The room is normally equipped with everything you need.You can reach the valley in about 10 minutes by car.

The rooms are comfortable, everything you need is there.The location is super central, you can quickly get to all of Berchtesgaden's hot spots.The breakfast was mega! No overloaded run-of-the-mill offering, small and fine with local products, very tasty.We give the hosts 5 stars plus! So warm, friendly and helpful!We'd love to come back!

Very accommodating and nice hosts. Great views of the surrounding area. Great breakfast, tidy rooms, enough parking spaces. Unfortunately, WiFi only works sporadically, if that's important to you. There are some discounts with the guest card and you can take the bus for free.

The guest house is beautifully located above Ramsau with a great all-round view of the mountains. You will be warmly greeted by the landlady upon arrival and given all the information you need. You will also receive great tips and hiking suggestions from Mrs. Gschoßmann and her husband throughout your entire vacation. The guest house and our room were very well maintained, there are enough parking spaces, and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Yes, it wasn't our first time here and this time too it was very difficult for us to say goodbye and we would love to come back.

Arrive and feel good. With a warm welcome, your holiday can start straight away. Thanks to Ms. Gschoßmann's many wonderful hiking tips, we took many great impressions home with us.Every day could start well with a lovingly prepared breakfast.Nothing was missing in the rooms either, except maybe the WiFi connection ;-)But the view of the Berchtesgaden Alps made up for the lack of a network :-) Simply fantastic.The Heissenlehen guesthouse is highly recommended. We look forward to seeing you again...

It was a really nice vacation. The hosts are extremely friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and served with a lot of love. There were daily excursion tips or other tips for very nice hiking tours. We would love to come back... it was simply wonderful there.

Very nice guest house with an absolutely family atmosphere. You feel absolutely comfortable here. The landlady is simply great, always friendly, always good tips and every wish is fulfilled. The location is ideal for excursions and hikes. The room is very clean. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Every now and then there was no warm water but that didn't bother us. The lounge with the fridge where you can get drinks for little money is also nice.What's not ideal is the confusing exit because the hedge gets in the way. You can't really see when traffic is approaching from the left.

Great guesthouse!The location is ideal, you can quickly reach Hintersee, Königssee, but also Berchtesgaden or Bad Reichenhall. At the same time you have a fantastic mountain panorama from the balcony/breakfast terrace. There are enough parking spaces available.The welcome was very warm and you were immediately provided with helpful tips and information material.The breakfast was hard to beat. Every day a selection of bread rolls and sausage/cheese was put together according to individual wishes. The buffet also offered a wide variety of fruit, pastries/cakes, spreads, yogurt, quark, muesli, juices, etc.We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would come back at any time!

The accommodation, location and hosts were unique. We were positively impressed and felt warmly welcome and at home right from the start. That made it all the more difficult for us to say goodbye. The Heißenlehen guesthouse is more than recommended…we have never met such kind-hearted, loving hosts.We hope to be able to spend our vacation there again soon.There is absolutely nothing to complain about...everything is wonderful!!!

The accommodation is simply unbeatable due to its location! A view that is overwhelming at any time of day. From here you can go on wonderful hikes or the accommodation is great as a base for those further away. …
