The garden is very nice, just too much light in the garden (I counted 18 lamps) with access to the beach. The house itself is very poorly laid out. Wellness area in the basement is great, everything else is very cramped, especially the kitchen. The sink in the kitchen is a disaster! Who just thought of that? A large, comfortable living room is missing. The stairs up and into the basement are very narrow and dangerous for old people. The staircases should be secured with a door (half high). We will no longer rent this house.
