This is a country inn in the old town center, directly opposite the church. Not fancy Micki - just tried-and-tested fare. We had butter-tender steak, fresh salad (not a bucket, but a mixed salad that was lovingly chopped and contained all sorts of delicious things, e.g. real red/white cabbage) and the pepperiest steak sauce I've ever had. Delicious.The waiter was extremely friendly and the chef came to the table. We felt very comfortable.Only the parking situation is a bit problematic. Walking a few meters never hurt anyone!

Great location, great offerings on the menu, incredibly friendly service from the owners in the restaurant, excellent, delicious food at reasonable prices. Next time we will also try out the beautifully located beer garden. Didn't work this time because of the weather. Always worth a visit. All around a lovely evening.

We were five people at the Gasthaus zur Linde for the first time. There was a nice welcome and we were given a nice table in the cozy beer garden. To be rated positively: All the tables were far from each other so that you didn't have to overhear the conversations of the neighboring tables.The overall service was very fast and attentive, especially due to the busy restaurant.A surprising mix of creative starters and main courses on the menu: In addition to seasonal classics with asparagus or classics such as onion roast, there was also, for example, quail breast and duck liver or black pudding praline with apple sauce, onions and puree. The mixed wine list and wine recommendations with local and international suppliers also offer something to suit every taste and budget. The price-performance ratio is absolutely ok. All five people were very satisfied. We can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

We had a nice table in the courtyard, which is nice to sit in even on hotter days. The whole family enjoyed the meal very much. The service was friendly even in hectic times, and the children were naturally welcome. The parking situation invites you to take a short digestive walk.

This rating is really difficult for me. I am always a very fair reviewer - but unfortunately I can only give the Gasthaus zur Linde in Nußloch 3 stars.We were in the Linde for the first time today. There is no real reception here - to be honest, we even had a hard time finding the right entrance to the restaurant. At first we stood a little lost in the dining room until a waitress spotted us and assigned us the reserved seat. The restaurant was very busy. The service staff was really on their toes and we had our ordered drinks at the table very quickly. Our starter, small market salad, also came very quickly. My girlfriend ordered a pork schnitzel with fried potatoes and I ordered the pancakes with asparagus cream vegetables. The pancake was really carelessly prepared compared to the schnitzel (see pictures). I was really disappointed then. The taste was ok - but nothing more. The sauce was very thin - but everything was very hot.Why I don't give 4 but only 3 stars is ultimately due to the bill - that really irritated me. How can it be that a pancake with asparagus cream vegetables costs €19.20 and a pork schnitzel with fried potatoes costs €19.00. That really doesn't work for me at all. You can't argue that with the "expensive" asparagus either. The pancake contained a maximum of 3 white asparagus and 2 green asparagus - so definitely not 500 grams (which would justify the price). As a vegetarian you actually feel ripped off here. Sorry.

The rooms themselves are a bit old and quite nice. However, the mattresses are of poor quality, the furnishings are otherwise rather cheap and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. For the price it's just ok in the area and with the location.

A very good "bourgeois" cuisine in a pleasant dining room. Unobtrusive friendly service and very good food.You should reserve in advance.There is also the option of booking a vaulted cellar as a party/social event!!Gladly again... !!!
