Don't understand some of the entries here, can't you read them before you book?I was satisfied, and the boss is fine.If you ask properly, you get what you want 👍Anytime again 👌

First the positive: the reception was friendly and I didn't have to pay a DEPOSIT FOR TOWELS, I probably made a trustworthy impression. Yes, there is a deposit for manuals of €15 each, as everything will probably get damaged. Ancient, thin and bone-hard towels… Well. The price for single use of a double room was €80, without any service or comfort. These 80€ are to be paid in cash (hello 2024???) and upon arrival. You have to register for breakfast three days in advance, but two days are too late and you can't get anything anymore (irony off). There is no water in the room (I'm probably too spoiled) and no bathroom either. Of course, there is no hairdryer or shower gel in the bathroom, which is on the same floor for everyone (yes, it's on the website, I've seen that too, but I never thought something like that was actually possible). , at least a soap (wow, maximum comfort). At least I now know what a guest house means... And yet it is incomprehensible to me how little expectations one has of one's own guest house, how little one can think of service. But what do you want to do as a guest when you are invited to a wedding in the Lenderstuben and the Mutzel family knows that very well.

Absolutely outrageous! We were at a wedding in the same location and needed a room. This is apparently the case for many people and is shamelessly exploited by the operators. First I got the news that even though the wedding started in the morning, we couldn't move into the room until 1 p.m. When I was told that I would then have to leave the party and whether there was any other way, I got the answer: "Yes, and what is your problem?". On the day of the wedding everything happened in the morning. The owner gave us the key and asked if we knew all the other guests who were coming to her house and when they were coming. She didn't want to walk from her farm across the street to the guest house twice in one day and give everyone their keys one by one. We actually wanted breakfast, which is offered on the homepage. All they said was: “Let’s not do that, you’re all having breakfast upstairs at the country inn anyway.” We did that because we didn't feel like discussing things with her anymore. It wasn't completely clean inside either. There are only shared bathrooms in the house, but that's what it says on the homepage. There was no information about where to leave the keys when checking out. Like the day before, the owner didn't feel like coming in person, so everyone who stayed there put their keys in a cupboard downstairs because no one had any information about it. We paid €80 for this listlessness and the simplest rooms and shared bathrooms. It really wasn't worth it!

An absolute disgrace 80 € for nothing, bathroom - toilet in the hallway, no towels.No breakfast.I can't explain how you get such a price.But since the Lenderstuben are nearby and many weddings take place there, you can afford to charge such a price.Not recommendable!!!!

Completely overpriced for what you get. Very simple rooms, shared bathroom in the hallway and paid €100 for a 3-bed room for one night without breakfast. Not recommendable.

Rooms were clean, there was no strong smell as some previous guests had described. However, these reviews were 4 years ago.However, I think the price is outrageous. What's actually true: the nearby wedding location is used here, for €85 it's just a normal room, and breakfast isn't even included. 50€ okay but that's just too much for too little.So highly praised on the website. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but it's not good either. It's just normal. Nothing special. Except the price.What was also negative was the key handover. 4 p.m. was agreed upon, we were there 3 minutes earlier. Nobody at home. Had to wait 15 minutes until someone came over. This meant we were late for an appointment but whatever.For the night ok, price completely to the moon, you have to know.

We also run a snack bar at the Christmas market in Mindelheim (Mutzel snack bar) with poor food quality.The treatment of customers (including everyone in front of me in the queue) was consistently unfriendly - especially by the elderly senior manager Renate Mutzel.If the complaint is justified, there will be no goodwill or apology, only justification that the goods are OK.Conclusion: unfriendly, overpriced, little and bad 👎🤮

A big smell of dirt throughout the building... I will add the best thing that the building is not the one in the profile picture on the hotel website... just completely different 300m from the main building and not shown at all on the hotel website... inside the building it's dirty, it smells, the sheets are not changed and there are no towels and no basic hotel amenities... I don't entirely recommend

Outrageous pricing. What we paid for a double room here (€95 for one night) bears no relation to the service we received. The situation is shamelessly exploited here: the wedding location doesn't have enough rooms for all the guests and they then have to find somewhere else!

Booked an overnight stay as part of a wedding. Email traffic is rather sparse.Always 100% cancellation fee, no matter when.According to the website check in between 2 and 3 p.m. Left the wedding especially at this time. Nobody there. First I had to call and then someone came with the key.Room and bathroom dirty/dusty, furniture broken. No information about what to do with the key upon departure. We put him in the hallway and closed the door.Price/performance not given.

We spent 2 nights there and were more than satisfied. The rooms are spacious and clean and equipped with TV. The toilet and shower are in the hallway, but that isn't a problem. Both are clean. Breakfast was great. From sausage plates to cheese platters and other delicacies, everything was included. Renate responds to individual requests and is super likeable at second glance. Cannot agree with the previous reviews at all.give

I can't understand the negative reviews here. It is a guest house and not a wellness hotel and it is perfect for that. Renate is unique and runs the house with passion and enthusiasm. The breakfast was tasty and everything was there (egg, muesli even homemade plait 😊-very nice)The rooms are simple, functional and clean. If you ask beforehand, you will also know that there are shared showers. This isn't a problem for a weekend.

We stayed in the guest house for 2 nights as part of a wedding and can't understand the rating at all.The rooms are cozy, the beds are very comfortable and it was already warmed up when we arrived. The breakfast is really good. There are fresh rolls, juice, great sausage and cheese platters, jam, yoghurt,... With a bit of luck and at the right temperatures there will even be a fire burning in the fireplace. The hostess may seem a bit rough at first glance, but she is a warm soul, which you immediately notice when you talk to her for a while.Yes, the rooms do not have a private bathroom. Exactly as described on the homepage. However, we had no problems at all, even though there were a lot of girls. There was always a free bathroom in the house. The bathrooms are nice, spacious and quite modern.

Looks much better on the website.I missed the room with a shared shower and it wasn't mentioned on the phone. No towels, strong smell in the house. Absolutely not recommended

The rooms are large and clean, but unfortunately there is little else to be found that is pleasant. The communication was (at least for us) rather poor and not very cordial; For example, you will not find out that a 100% cancellation fee is charged either on the website or in a booking confirmation. (You can't cancel even more than a month in advance without paying the full room price - so think carefully before reserving!)Walls are very, very noisy, and the water pressure in the shower and sink is very low. Unfortunately there is no shower gel or anything similar in the shared bathrooms. To be fair: we didn't have breakfast, so we can't say anything about it.

We spent a VERY relaxing week in the holiday apartment! All three children and I felt we were in good hands and the breakfast was really great! Homemade cream cheese, yogurt - milk from our own cows... Great! Plus conversations that are similar to those with long-time friends - what more could you want?! :-)

The adjoining house we chose consists of 3 rooms, although the living room can hardly be used as it only serves as a connecting room. The TV is in the bedroom which doesn't make much sense. Overall it was clean but fairly rudimentary. WiFi doesn't work in the building next door. Unfortunately, the farm does not have as many animals as stated.But a big compliment to the hosts, who looked after us in a very friendly manner and are also very nice to children.
