Unfortunately only slept there one night. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was large and the beds were fantastic.You can have dinner in the Lindenschänke, which is right in the neighborhood. The breakfast in Askania leaves nothing to be desired, rolls are from the bakery, everything is sufficiently available. The innkeepers are attentive, polite and accommodating. Gladly again 👍👍

Overall, a nice village restaurant. Unfortunately we were never really able to find out the opening times. It was our luck that it was open that day.The atmosphere is very dignified, almost cold. Nevertheless, the owners try very hard. It is very well maintained and the food is very, very tasty. We'll definitely be happy to come back in the summer when the small beer garden is open.

We celebrated our wedding here and it was incredibly good. The owners are super nice and the location is very cozy and extends into an inviting beer garden at the back. The food was also very tasty. The rooms are modest but very clean and that's completely fine.Absolutely recommended.

Checked in here for 3 days on the recommendation of a friend for a motorcycle event at the nearby Groß Dölln “race track”. Still very quiet.Super rich breakfast, own beer garden with delicious dinner, enough parking spaces in front of the door, very friendly and relaxed operators.Special requests such as a very early breakfast on Sunday or last-minute rebookings were met with a smile.Functional and clean rooms in a country house style. Cell phone reception was problem-free for me.I'll be back. Thank you!

An overnight stay during an on-site production. Surprisingly nice rooms at a very fair price and super hospitable operators. All in all: down to earth good. (Unfortunately, the internet and my cell phone reception were hardly usable.) Still, it was nice.

Review text:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Title: A culinary and active experience in the heart of Germany!I was recently a guest at this wonderful German restaurant and I have to say, I'm thrilled! Not only from the outstanding quality of the food and drinks, but also from the unique opportunity to play table tennis in such an environment.The ambience of this place is absolutely inviting. Upon our arrival we were immediately greeted by friendly staff who always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her recommendations of regional dishes and wines were not only on point but also very educational.The menu offered a variety of authentic German dishes presented in an innovative way. From the hearty bratwursts to the hearty sauerbraten, from the crispy pretzels to the delicately melting Black Forest cakes - every dish was a real pleasure and demonstrated high culinary art.The special treat, however, was the opportunity to play table tennis outside! This gave our experience a unique and active touch. Not only is it a great way to have fun between courses, but it also promotes a sociable and casual atmosphere that makes the restaurant so unique.This restaurant is an absolute must for anyone looking for a combination of excellent food, friendly service and active enjoyment. We can't wait to plan our next visit!Congratulations to the entire team for their fantastic work!

We spent our vacation nearby and stopped for lunch at the Askanien country inn. The service was very friendly and we all really enjoyed the food. From vegetarian to meat and fish dishes, there is something for pretty much every preference.

We stopped in today during a motorcycle tour in wonderful October weather. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Everything was freshly prepared. It's a shame that the country inn is an hour away from our home. Otherwise we would be regular customers. We'll definitely be back!

We had lunch there for the first time yesterday based on a recommendation. The food was beautifully prepared and we were delighted with the taste. The service was also super nice. These days it's not easy to find a good restaurant where the prices haven't gone through the roof!For us it is now our new favorite restaurant, even if it is a little further away from our home.
