Extremely remote. Apartments have strange floor plansThe only seating option is a corner bench. Bed was in the same room. Bathroom and kitchen great and everything very clean. The biggest problem, however, was no cell phone network. Contact with my 90-year-old mother is only possible while on the move. The prices in the Vesperstube are a bit excessive. It was nice but never again.

We went there to eat and linger. The landlord is very nice and the food is great. The price is right for the quantity. Finally you can go to the bars 😉

What can I say?We were there last week.Pro: clean apartment with almost everything you need.Nice and quietDelicious snack bar. Not included in the priceYou don't actually hear anything from the hosts. You also get fresh towels once a weekCons:The farm advertises a pool and pub facility.Both emptyThe pub pool was filled upon request.Pool not available due to water shortage.After consultation, guests who had been there for a long time and at variable times of the year also complained that the pool had never been filled.On the one hand understandable, on the other hand this should be clearly communicated in advance. Because for us there is a pool of criteria as to where to go or not.There was also no suggestion of a price reduction or anything similar.The agreed price was 70 euros per night, but when we billed the host, we were charged 75 euros and even when his wife confirmed 70 euros, it was simply ignored.I later asked his wife about it and she gave us the difference without any discussion!Once we got vegetables from the gardenAll in all, you would go there again and they always try to make sure everyone is happyThe farm is in St.Roman ... is in Wolfach ... you only drive 6 km up the mountain but you know that beforehand if you use Google :)

Were there yesterday for dinner and an excursion. As always, the cake was very tasty and was followed by sausage salad with freshly baked bread. As always, very good. Afterwards a garlic liqueur from the boss himself. As always, very friendly there. We have already stayed overnight there and we can only recommend it to anyone who wants a good snack bar. The atmosphere up there is also great for switching off.

This is the second time I've eaten at the farm. The food tasted very good, so kudos to the kitchen, but the “innkeeper” was the biggest problem. The first time I ate there, we were brushed off straight away by the older man with the words: “We have no more bread!”, but we stayed and there was actually more than enough bread, he just wanted it Get rid of guests. The landlord is very rude and not at all qualified. He should rather retire, he just serves people like a bastard, he touches the glasses where we put our mouths on them. So overall the food is great but this Wirth makes the visit unbearable…
