So the three of us (2 rooms) were in Villa Silva for 5 nights during the October holidays. The stars for the hotel don't fit at all!!!You get really ripped off when parking. You pay a lot of money for these days and also have to pay €70 in parking fees!!This is a disgrace and is normal standard that something like this is included in the price for hotel guests!!!

The first impression was good and we went to the wellness area straight after checking in and only went to our room to shower in the evening. Then came the great disillusionment. There were traces of red body fluid everywhere on the shower mat, on the trash can and wall, and the toilet. As if that wasn't disgusting and disappointing enough, a very unfriendly employee at the reception assumed that it was our fault because they wouldn't hand over a bathroom like that.We didn't want a price reduction or discounts from the hotel, just a clean shower mat, for which we had to go to reception 4 times within 24 hours and ask and asked the bathroom to be cleaned properly. We reported the whole thing early in the evening, when we asked, the reception was after work and we had to wait until the next day.The reception had forgotten which room the problem was reported in, so it didn't happen until we asked again in the morning. Then they said that it was no longer possible to understand it, that we should have reported it beforehand and then, to top it off, they claimed that the traces of red body fluid were ours.We had been looking forward to a relaxing two days of wellness and are now going home a day early, disappointed and upset, hoping that we haven't become infected with anything from strangers' bodily fluids.Dear Hotel Villa Silva, we did not insist on a refund for the unused night, breakfast or tourist tax. They treated us with dignity just because we wanted to have a bath without visible red body fluids from other people. They failed to meet hygienic standards and, as if that wasn't bad enough, they acted as if we had done it.You couldn't deal with guests in a more unprofessional and indifferent way!!!

The only point of criticism is €9 for bathrobe rental. Otherwise very good price/performance ratio and modern room/nice spa

I stayed with my daughter for a few days at Villa Silva, the consumer mountain hotel with half board.Overall, we thought it was really nice there and would come again. The breakfast was always good and the dinner actually satisfied me on 2 out of 3 evenings. My daughter always found something, but the evening buffet is generally designed for adults and you can order something for the children. In terms of price, I've read criticism of additional costs in many reviews, but it's basically true for me that when I book it's at least the cheapest option compared to half board and as far as I've noticed, the alternatives on site don't really make a difference.I'm not a restaurateur, but I'm at least glad I booked half board, as this somewhat disguises the price of eating out. That's how the evening bill worked with just drinks, ok.We always found space to park and yes it's currently €12 per day, visitors have to be careful how they use the machine, I didn't see a receipt button, but I don't need a receipt as a private person either. Here comes a sticking point for me where I think OK 3 days, but from 5 days onwards maybe not included and allowing payment at the reception? In any case, you have to praise the staff, in the restaurant and throughout the hotel they are always friendly and helpful. The pool was really great in the bad weather, and it wasn't too busy for us either.Bathrobe: we brought ourselves and yes, we walked across the courtyard, which is really not far from Villa Silva. What I didn't find anywhere on the homepage or reviews is that there is a kind of changing room that we didn't use.

We live in the junior suite and are very excited. The room is larger than average, clean and very spacious. There is a tea bar in the hallway where you can get tea at any time. We used the spa offer for the sauna and swimming pool. Also here: 👍The breakfast buffet is also highly recommended.

Wow, I don't know if I would call this a 4 star hotel. First the good things. The breakfast was great, the staff is nice and I always found a parking space. That's it.Everything else was below average. Why? Because the beds are terrible, the villa doesn't even have an elevator and you have to carry heavy suitcases up long, narrow flights of stairs. The bathroom faucet sprayed everywhere except the sink. Washed my hands once and the whole bathroom looked like a mess. Someone has to notice that. The shower door was stuck and the excess water that came out of the faucet was missing from the shower. You also want to get clean. *rolls eyes* It wasn't clear to me on the internet that the villa belongs to several consumer hotels, i.e. several houses that are connected to each other, but also not. I got lost twice to the breakfast room, which was so nested and deep in the basement. If I had known that on the way to breakfast I would have to scurry across the premises with a winter coat to a neighboring building through the rain and storm, I would not have booked. Nobody wants to sit in the dining room of a 4 star hotel with wet clothes. The style, well that's a matter of taste. The facilities were good, but not special. Somehow modernized, but somehow no 4 stars are recognizable. The area is great. But the hotel can't do anything about it. ;-) The staff is really fine. There's nothing you can say. I'm really a bit disappointed. I'm very sorry for the hotel. It has enormous potential for improvement without wanting to seem fussy.

Stopped at Villa Silvia for one night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out went quickly, the saltwater pool was the highlight for us and the breakfast was more than sufficient.
