Had apartment 5 The exhibition is OK. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. More than half a roll of toilet paper couldn't be found. A bit lean for 3 nights. When the keys were handed over, an additional payment of 41 euros was suddenly requested, even though a fixed sum was stated in two phone calls. Not very customer friendly

We stayed in apartment 4 for a week. The apartment is ok. It has three full beds in two bedrooms. The living/dining room is nicely furnished and has a certain feel-good character.It was pointed out in the contract that dishes that were damaged would be charged. So far OK! Unfortunately, some glasses, plates and cups were broken upon arrival. If you do not check the entire household, you run the risk of being asked to pay for damaged items that were already defective upon arrival. In my opinion, as a guest you are not responsible for checking the property for damage and reporting it at the beginning of your vacation.There was a DAB radio with a good HiFi system, although the radio was not connected.I don't understand why not all, but only a few, apartments have internet. This should be standard by now, especially since it would give you so much information about the place and the leisure options. I would rate the cleanliness of the apartment with three stars. There were some defects.The location is ok, especially if you have a dog on the trip. But be careful! In the great city forest, dogs are only allowed on a leash! The public order office patrols the forest on bikes!Conclusion: The apartment is ok, but with room for improvement. The location is a matter of taste, good with a dog. I rate the price/performance ratio as satisfactory.

We had a holiday apartment in these rooms for 12 days and are simply satisfied. We would even go so far as to say that it was one of the best-equipped apartments on our travels. Thank you!

Very nice, quiet, large and cozy holiday apartment in a villa with around 9 holiday apartments. Directly opposite you go through the forest to the beach in Kühlungsborn West. Parking is right behind the house. We had apartment 04 and were also allowed to bring our dog.A little tip, the WiFi looks bad, it's only available in 2 or 3 holiday apartments. It's best to ask beforehand. The placement is handled by a local administrator. When registering, make sure that you get the spa cards with you. If you don't have this with you on the beach, it costs €3 plus a €2 administration fee!!!!We can highly recommend the holiday apartment itself and will definitely come back again...

Holiday apartment number 7 is a small, cozy holiday apartment. Perfectly sufficient for 3 people, as there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is also a sufficiently large balcony here. The road underneath doesn't bother you too much and is made up for by the beautiful urban forest behind it. The staff who handed over the keys were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for that!
