The slatted frames could also be replaced sometimes, we had to put the slatted frame together every other day.Unfortunately, the shower curtain has mold stains and the tiles in the shower weren't clean either. With the technical aids available, they should also be easy to clean.The dishes in the kitchen are not that good either. After everything was rinsed it went, unfortunately there are no small glasses for children. Many things still had leftovers from their predecessors (bread baskets, glasses).It would also be nice to invest in a solid insect screen on the side windows, which is enough to prevent mosquitoes from biting you.We bought one to glue in at the hardware store and then installed it. EXCELLENTSleep with the window open at night.I hope the landlord takes what is written here to heart and spends a little money. Then the apartment wouldn't be bad.It should also be noted that if you do not want to bring bed linen and towels, you must contact the landlord in advance. You get the number when you book.

Briefly summarized:We were there in September 2022.The apartment on the upper floor was dirty and shabby. The "kitchen" was very poorly equipped and not cleaned.The furniture was thrown together, very old and seemed “rancid”. This especially applies to the bed.The balcony has also seen its best years and should probably be used with caution.The WiFi exists, the password is also available (deep in the basement, past various rubbish and one or two Templar Knights who have probably been guarding the Holy Grail there for around 1000 years).Overall, absolutely not recommended! Hands off! If nothing else is available = it's better not to go at all....

Since I want to say so much... the whole thing is just a brief summary: massive soiling of dishes, inventory and bed linen. We had to clean the entire inventory. The bathrooms not cleaned. Drains clogged in the bathroom. Fire extinguisher last tested in March 2003. Gas heating has not been serviced since 2001 (!). Children's toys, if available, are dirty and dirty. Sockets that you can easily take out of the wall.That was only a fraction of the defects in this house, which was found to be in a dilapidated condition throughout. This impudence has been documented and already reported to the provider TUI. When we handed over the keys, the caretaker service suddenly had no interest in seeing us in person.
