We (2 bikers from GT in NRW) were guests at Arkona from May 30th to June 2nd, 2024.A big compliment and thank you to Carina and Volker for the family hospitality, the super clean rooms furnished with great attention to detail, and a great breakfast(e.g. very tasty homemade jam and spreads, breakfast egg as desired) that left nothing to be desired.We would love to come back and would give you more than 5 🌟 if possible!!LG Dieter and Denis

We stayed there for 3 nights and were totally thrilled.A very warm and open family that does everything for the well-being of their guests. The room is lovingly furnished and is very clean. (some hotels can learn a lesson). The breakfast is not only cheap but also very rich and varied. And where can you get your breakfast eggs freshly made???We even got a dry place for the motorcycles, just great. Even the minibar leaves nothing to be desired and the prices are great. Absolute recommendation. I'm going to go there again for a short weekend with my wife.The left hand as a greeting :-) The bikers from Gütersloh

We recently stayed at the Arkona guesthouse and spent 4 lovely days there in a modern and very lovingly furnished, very clean room. The Hanisch family welcomed us very friendly and provided us with a really great breakfast!They also gave us good tips for our excursions.Next time we'll be back: Guesthouse Arkona!

We were guests of Carina and Volker for 3 nights over Pentecost. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars here, otherwise it would definitely be more. I have rarely experienced such lovingly and individually furnished rooms. The breakfast was excellent, additional requests were fulfilled, for example: I took into account my allergies. It was a very warm, family atmosphere, just a place to feel good. There were also great tips for excursions. So thank you again for the great time and see you soon.

A lovely little guesthouse, newly renovated and very comfortably furnished! I've been there several times now because the family and the location are absolutely top!Perfectly located to get anywhere quickly. E.g. Husum, Sankt-Peter-Ording, Friedrichstadt and many more❤️If the North Sea, then only here!

Super friendly owners, lots of tips and nice conversations.The breakfast is better than in luxury hotels, with delicious homemade items, and the coffee is a delight.The rooms were like new (the toilet definitely :-) and clean, like the rest.I would love to come back here.

I visited a married couple at the campsite and chose this accommodation for 2 nights.I was accommodated in the "Storm Gull" room.Now about the stay.The room had everything you need, a large bed, a very clean bathroom and even a large TV.The breakfast room is directly in front of the rooms. I thought the breakfast was very good. You can also buy drinks and snacks there at fair prices.I think it's very clear that they both really enjoy it. Do something good for your guests.I think this accommodation in Tönning is a real insider tip.I'll be happy if I come back again and there is a room available.Kind regards from Bremen

Hello, the two of us with our dog stayed at the Arkona for an extended weekend in May 2021 (Ascension Day) and somehow didn't get around to writing the review. The two hosts run the project close to their hearts with a lot of love and commitment. The breakfast buffet is great and the boss also takes care of individual requests, such as toy eggs 😀.Thumbs up, gladly again!J&R

So, we finally get around to writing a review. We were inWe were there in June and felt really comfortable. Absolutely recommended! Carina and Volker are great and warm hosts. The rooms are all lovingly furnished, breakfast is great! Nothing more is possible. We felt like we were staying with friends! It was fun chatting about the old Arkona journeys! Thank you for the nice days and keep it up! And... Wedel isn't far away either! LG

You should never expect anything beforehand 😁but here they were all fulfilled! Even though it is a small guesthouse, which I personally find much nicer, you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Carina and Volker are not only very personable but also great hosts. I needed a short break and needed to relax a bit. Since I already really liked the website, it was time for me to see for myself. As a former native of "Tönninger" and also on the street where I grew up as a child in my parents' house No. 27, it was particularly beautiful, 😍interesting how a lot of things had changed. St. Peter Ording was also wonderful and the best weather at that 😊 a nice room: "Amber" great bed and a good night's sleep in the house, not as noisy as in many other hotels, guesthouses and not to forget the hearty breakfast. 😋These hosts know their craft! I would be happy to come back as soon as it is possible again at some point. My stay was from September 2nd. until September 5th, 2022. With best regards ❣️👍👍👍
