I ordered three pizzas there and each of them tasted so bad that you could only take two bites without having to vomit. That is by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my entire 40 years. It was underbaked, soggy, and tasted terrible. Delivery time was over 2 hours even though 30 was stated. Conclusion I wouldn't eat anything there in this greasy establishment even for money.

We visit Glatt every few years and regularly look at the moated castle.We had previously eaten at the Kaiser restaurant.I had a nice salad beforehand and then a tuna pizza.My wife wasn't very hungry, so she only had spaetzle with sauce and fried vegetables.My salad was very large and dressed with the house dressing. He was very good.I was also served fresh pizza bread.The pizza that was served afterwards was huge and had plenty of toppings.I didn't finish it completely, so I took the rest with me.My wife was also completely satisfied.The restaurant was very clean and well maintained.The service was excellent.Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

Title: Disappointing delivery service from Kaiser in GlattRating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently had the unfortunate pleasure of trying Kaiser's delivery service in Glatt and I have to say it was an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered Toteline twice and a salad, but what I received left me speechless.The food was not only cold but also tasteless. It's frustrating to spend money on a meal and then be faced with a poorly prepared, cold dish. It seemed like no effort was put into the preparation and that definitely affected the taste.In addition to the disappointing quality of the food, I also have to address the portion sizes. The portions I received were more similar to the amounts that would be suitable for children. It was completely unsatisfying to see the tiny amounts on my plate. I was hoping to get a full meal, but instead it felt like I was just given an appetizer.And as if that wasn't enough, the salad was completely forgotten. I paid extra for it and still didn't get it. It is unacceptable for a delivery service to be unable to fulfill an order correctly and then not even notice the error.All in all, my experience with Kaiser's delivery service in Glatt was a huge disappointment. The cold food, child-like portions and forgotten salad not only disappointed my expectations but also upset them. I will definitely not order from this delivery service again and cannot recommend it to other customers looking for high quality and careful delivery. There are certainly better options that offer better service and quality.

We always ate there and the food was always very good. We didn't know that the owners had changed and we were wondering why the food was so bad. It's a shame that good traditional restaurants are increasingly being lost.

I've ordered from Kaiser many times but never got around to writing a review.I personally have never been there but I like ordering food from them.The food always comes on time - or even a few minutes early - and the food tastes good!An effort is made to prepare the food beautifully and it shows. The prices are OK.I can always recommend this restaurant. Maybe I'll come by in person soon. Thanks!

If you really want to, everyone can find something to complain about. But I don't want to because I was happy! The service was cheerful, quick and friendly. Thanks for the side chat about God and the world!Maybe a tip for the steak: add a small cocktail tomato - that makes the whole thing a little fresher and visually rounder. But just as an idea.I'll be back!

Ordered a few things today through Lieferando and will definitely do it again.Even got something for free!Food was bomb and delivery was okay in terms of time. It took about 10 minutes longer but you can still cope with that.Absolutely recommended! Thank you for the super awesome food! ^^

I can absolutely recommend it to everyone. Was there to eat with my wife. The pizza and the calzone were very tasty, an absolute dream, the salad with the house dressing was really tasty. Will definitely visit you again.From the outside it looks like German cuisine, but you can also eat it, I'll try it next time.Great service even if it was your first day, everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
