We are in transit from Nijmegen (Netherlands) to Berlin. Arranged an overnight stay. Pay in advance and you will receive a code via email that allows you to enter. We slept in the left house, house number 14. The house looks luxurious. And the facilities are excellent. Some cobwebs in the corners in some places. For example, in the bathroom between the shower cabin and the wall.Personally, I find the mattress hard and the pillow is quite soft and not that firm, so I recommend always bringing your own pillow.The reason I give 4 stars for the location is because the cottage is located on a business park.I also miss a towel hanging hook in the bathroom that you can use to hang the towel after washing your hands.Roller shutters have a touch control and the tap is a beautiful waterfall. There is also a nice large bath. A beautiful house!

I'm extremely satisfied with this accommodation. Everything was excellent: the place was spotless, all the equipment worked perfectly, and it was an amazing value for the price. If I need to return, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms were amazing. It was a big house and it was very clean and comfy. There were 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 6 beds. In one of the bathrooms there was a big bath but the owner didn't want us to use it. Everything was amazing but the thing that I didn't like was the owners communicaton. He was a little bit rude just because we didn't understand where we had to go and he sent a text in a language that we don't speak. The experience was similar to a camping because we had to clean everything after we leave but it was not a problem. Overall it was a great hotel.

Were only there for one night. A bedroom/living room with 3 single beds and a wall bed. This is no longer up to date and the hodgepodge of furniture is getting old. The quality of the equipment is inferior. The electronic equipment is state-of-the-art, but that alone is not enough.The "beds" were sagging and there was a well-used drugstore display case in the bathroom. The dark blue shower curtain makes showering an experience in a darkroom and is also out of time.Although the accommodation seemed clean at first glance, the ventilation grille for the extraction in the bathroom was dirty. The "kitchen" was well equipped, the door to the cutlery display case couldn't be closed, a stopper was missing in the sink, so you could only rinse with running watercould.It should also be mentioned that the dishwashing sponge was half of a whole one.All in all, the price is not right at 90 euros for 3 people for one night. Sorry, but we don't need that again.
