The owner greeted me and showed me around the place, he made sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed, he also takes very good care of the property and speaks English very well, which is very rare and important in Germany.The main disadvantage was that I needed a place to sleep while I was on a very long road trip, otherwise I can't imagine visiting that town.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Our bikes were even allowed to stay in the garage overnight. Thank youGreat breakfast with fresh yogurt.A guest refrigerator is also available.Balcony with seating and clothes hangers where you can dry or air things.Totally recommended!!!

Best overnight stay on our bike tour from Lake Constance to Königssee.It left nothing to be desired. Service, rooms and breakfast were super good.I would always recommend it, even though it will no longer remain an insider tip.

I can only recommend the Margarita guest house!! It is very centrally located, you can quickly get to Rosenheim and the surrounding area by car...You are always welcomed so warmly...both hosts are very friendly and attentive. This guest house surprises with its generosity and care for guests.Everywhere is perfectly clean.My room has brand new wooden furniture and the smell of fresh wood was very pleasant for me.The kitchen has very sharp knives and you don't have to wash dirty dishes. Dirty dishes must be placed in a separate basin and the owner himself washes them, dries them and puts them in their place.The owner is very attentive and friendly.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the Margarita guesthouse. The farm-style house, the rooms are functional and well-equipped and the service deserve special praise! We felt very, very comfortable during the week we lived with the Reichelt family. At breakfast our every wish was met. Mr. Reichelt gave us valuable tips to get to know the Inn Valley and its particularly beautiful places better.Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!Leßenich family
