Pension Landhof Gerstenbrand

I was a guest at the Gerstenbrand guesthouse for the first time in 1993. Back then as a small child. Over the years we have repeatedly been guests in this great guesthouse. And even now, 27 years later, I can only recommend a vacation there. The rooms have been renovated in the past and offer everything your heart desires. Despite the renovation, the rooms have lost none of their charm and always invite you to take a break after hiking or something similar. a. In addition to fresh coffee, sausage and cheese, breakfast also offers homemade jam and honey.The farm is in a quiet location, you can only hear the babbling stream at night. Nevertheless, you can quickly access the road network, which means you can reach the nearby hiking areas (Schliersee, Spitzingsee, etc.) in a short time by car. The surrounding restaurants also offer many Bavarian delicacies.Pension Gerstenbrand is particularly excellent for families with children: in the large garden there are all kinds of fruit trees, a trampoline, a sandpit and a large pirate ship. The next busy street is far enough away that you can easily lose sight of the children ;).In the evenings, the rustic room with a tiled stove invites you to read, chat or play games together. (Board games are available).As a guest you feel immediately welcome, not only because of the homely atmosphere but especially because of the great hospitality of the operators. We had a really great holiday at Pension Gerstenbrand. Super nice hosts, very clean (hygiene concept implemented perfectly) and a warmth that is second to none!The guesthouse is very quiet, exactly what we wanted. You can start many activities from there, and it's particularly great for children. There are lots of play options in the garden!The breakfast left nothing to be desired, delicious and regional.

We wanted to stay in Bayrischzell over New Year, but could not find a place. So, we enlarged the search radius and found this very charming little guesthouse approx. 15 minutes from there. …

Excellent place for rest in quite and beautifull countryside. The hoists so friendly and helpfull. I will write more later.

A wonderful holiday at Pension Gerstenbrand is behind us. There was a good, professional and family atmosphere in the house and the Hagnberger family made everything possible so that we could feel comfortable. There were a wealth of attractions for the children (playground with pirate sandpit, a large trampoline and many other play options). The Hagnberger family was also always there to help us with advice and support when it came to gastronomy and excursion tips as well as in arranging doctors. A great and relaxing vacation is behind us and it certainly won't be the last. An all-round successful stay, a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired, and the warm and familiar atmosphere make this guesthouse our insider tip! Thank you Hagnberger family!
