The hotel is centrally located in the small town, the reception at the reception was very friendly, the breakfast was extensive and of good quality (only the coffee was a bit weak)We had ordered packed lunches for our hike, which were very nicely prepared with muesli bars, fruit and water. We were able to put the rest together from the buffet ourselves.The rooms are ok, a bit noisy and unfortunately without a kettle.We felt comfortable there for two nights.

Moin Moin we stayed for 2 days because the room was clean and the size was okay. Breakfast was good, everything was sausage, cheese, different types. Dinner was also good and delicious cocktails and a very nice staff will come back

Not necessarily. Staff absolutely top.Very friendly and helpful.Rooms are getting old.Breakfast buffet about 2m long for about 40 guests.Permanently empty because only one person is responsible for refilling. Between 9 and 10 the person ran to Becker three times to get rolls.Too bad.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The location can be described as central.For dinner there was a 3-course menu in the MaarySol restaurant, which you can't complain about. The evening cocktails in the restaurant were also very good. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating.Room, slightly outdated (but not a problem), but everything you need is there.

Hotel with a family atmosphere and dog friendly.A real exception in the small German village which, unlike this hotel, is not at all hospitable to dogs. No green area, no service at the external tables of the bakery in the center which asks you to leave the dogs outside but who knows where since there isn't even a post for the leash! The atmosphere is brightened by the surrounding woodland panorama but the local population did not particularly impress me in terms of their sense of welcome. Nobody speaks English but only German in all commercial activities. The Hotel is the only place so far where my dog and I feel welcomed, thanks to a nice lady who cooks and welcomes guests.Although the village could be potentially interesting for stays longer than one night, it currently has yet to acquire the basics of tourist hospitality if it wants to open up to a wider clientele.

We were in the restaurant for almost two hours today and the two very unfriendly waitresses didn't manage to bring us a cocktail in that time. When I asked politely after 30 minutes of waiting when our drinks would arrive, I was told that there were only two of them and that I had to "understand now". After 60 minutes we had already resigned ourselves to not getting anything to drink, but our companion asked. She was then bullied too. We were here for the last time!

We were in the Maar y Sol restaurant for over an hour and were not served. There were also the dirty dishes from the previous guests on our table. Even after we went in and asked to place our order we were ignored. After another half hour of waiting, our order was taken, but not processed. At some point we decided to leave. When we explained the problem to the waitress, she just asked for our order so that she no longer had to prepare it. Apparently no one thought an apology or anything similar was necessary.

A large, modern hotel in the center of the Eifel town of Daun.Very friendly welcome, parking directly at the house and walking distance to the shopping streets.My room, toilet and shower were functional and pleasant. There is an elevator.If I visit Daun again, I will stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located. Unfortunately our room was in the style of the 70s. There was a strong smell of cleaning products in the room. The bathroom was “underground”. Simply not recommended. The service was ok. , breakfast too.

Super nice people, had a delicious breakfast there today after our balloon ride over the Eifel. There was everything your heart could desire and the rolls were extra good.Is centrally located and there are plenty of parking options.
