I was actually really looking forward to the confiscation trip, but unfortunately I was disappointed. In the room there was mold everywhere on the walls, the wall was full of holes and there were stains in the beds but they had money for smart boards. The food was quite ok for a hostel. The sunset at the lake was really beautiful, but the steep climb from the Kiel house to the main building was really tiring and pretty stupid because the lighting was broken (by my daughter)

In July I celebrated a big birthday with family and friends on the Koppelsberg. Communication with the reception team was good, questions were answered quickly and requests were taken into account. All guests were enthusiastic about the place and the many leisure activities on site, not least the nearby swimming area at Lake Plön! We ordered a buffet one evening that exceeded my expectations. A big compliment to all the employees, from the kitchen, but also from the service and technology. I would book with you again at any time!

I was here with my class for the final trip and already had reasonable expectations.Until it turned out that the beds in the rooms were too short and narrow for most of us, and the evening meal wasn't really that exciting either because it tasted like warmed cans and there were far too few of the halfway good things.Breakfast, on the other hand, is okay, although I would advise against cold cocoa and cream cheese.The only big plus point, which is why it is 2 stars, is that the area is quite large and there is a lot to do.

Great facility especially for music ensembles (in our case youth symphony orchestra). Great rehearsal hall, good atmosphere, sometimes very tasty food. Good organization and good contact in advance, friendly and constructive team.

Our family reunion on the Koppelsberg grounds was great. We lived in Haus Kastanie, which is perfect for 10 people.The grounds are beautiful and the children loved the playhouse.A very nice place.

The staff is very friendly and well trained, meaning if I have allergies and let them know I get something extra to eat. The food is always freshly prepared and mostly made in-house. E.g.: Dressings are made in-house. I can only recommend everyone to “check in” here.

I was there with our class and am very satisfied. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in particular was really rich and the cocoa machine (but there was also fresh cocoa) was the highlight for my students. I think the rooms are rather noisy, but everyone was quiet so I was able to sleep well. For me personally, the most important thing was that the mattresses were made of a material that allows people with house dust mite allergies to sleep at night without any problems! Everything was very clean and hygienic.

We were in the Ev for a weekend in late summer 2021 with almost 60 people. Koppelsberg youth, leisure and educational center.The facility is very outdated and is really only youth hostel level.the rooms are not really nice and only moderately clean. A plus point for having your own bathroom within the room.The room was a bit musty, opening the window was also extremely difficult, as there were around 15-20 fairly large house spiders at the window and I didn't want to have them in the room.The area is very large, there are many great places to discover and nature offers a lot of leisure opportunities. There is also a direct but “strenuous” descent to the lake.Food was good and plentiful for everyone.Staff was always friendly too.I would still recommend this facility as I have experienced far worse facilities!
