The hotel is 45 minutes walk from the city center. But you can reach the first station in 5 minutes and arrive in the city super quickly. The tram runs regularly every 10 minutes to the center or back again. Nothing stands in the way of your afternoon nap :)The hotel is a bit old but still perfectly fine. You can park your car in the underground car park for around €10 per night. Absolutely okay! Our room was very small and sparse but more than adequate for the price. The bed is comfortable. I get back pain quickly and that was definitely not the case here. Otherwise the stay in the room was pleasant. It has a TV with a few German programs and it was clean. You don't need anything more for 2 nights. However, the location is not the quietest. Was woken up several times by the noise outside with the window open. The breakfast was amazing! Huge selection; Bread, croissants, butter, jam, honey, cheese, meat, cereal, fruits, coffee, juice,... The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Super nice staff. Otherwise there is a lot of good things to say. Small run-down rooms with a good bed. The area isn't pretty, but you can get to the city quickly. The breakfast was manageable.

The hotel is located about 3 km outside the old town. It's getting a bit old, here and there it could be renovated, both outside and in the rooms. The room was functionally furnished, small and a bit cramped, but that didn't bother us, it was enough for sleeping. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection, there is nothing to complain about. The staff must be highlighted, everyone is very friendly and there for their guests and their needs. You can park in the parking garage under the hotel for €10 per night/day. The hotel has its own storage area there. There was enough space, one or two parking spaces are tight due to the pillars, but fit. Personally, I thought the price was okay and the car was safe and dry.

Decent hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The bedding deserves a little refurbishment. Breakfast is a bit small. Otherwise it's a very good hotel, maybe a little expensive but still acceptable.

Reservation or I have the wrong date... I realize it 2 minutes after confirmation.I call the hotel, say that I just want to postpone my reservation by 24 hours and they tell me “No problem, so you have to pay for a reservation again…”No room for maneuver, no sense of business after trying to defend my cause for 5 minutes. Pathetic.

I'm currently there for work. 2 nights in perfect calm. Well insulated and well decorated. You can relax there before having a very hearty meal. Top notch service. There is a bus of Spanish people at the same time but they are happy, friendly and respectful. The team does the best it can to satisfy everyone and it is successful.

The alarm came on early in the morning due to someone being in the shower. Everyone woke up n went down stairs. It took very long for it to turn off. The breakfast did not look fresh at all. So I did not eat breakfast . I will not be back

They charged me twice, thank goodness booking returned it to me, I told them that they had charged me but they still said no. I got a Spanish girl who, from what I saw, didn't know much about it and that's why she charged me again.

This Ibis Hotel should, in my humble opinion, not be classified as a Styles but as a budget. Yes, the rooms are more spacious, but that's all that indicates non-budget. The rooms are dated, with older, noisier air conditioners. They are kept reasonably clean, but there's only so much you can keep clean until it remains dirty. The breakfast is okay, but our Ibis budget breakfast in Geneva was leaps and bounds better. Having said all of this, the location is great, the fitness room is convenient and the staff is absolutely amazing. It's a shame they have to manage a clearly outdated location with the level of enthusiasm and service they provide. Give this hotel a proper face-lift and a better breakfast and this is easily a 4-star experience. Until then, I would look for alternatives in Strasbourg.
