Accommodation suitable for nature lovers. I would not recommend it to anyone who loves comfort and convenience. The staff and owners are very kind.

Stay 2 nights at Baan PhutawanThe advantage is the beautiful view in front of the house. You can see the mountain and the reservoir (not Rattanai Reservoir). There are no other houses or resorts blocking the view. You can see the sunrise from the front of the house.The front balcony has an awning. There are tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view.Good location, just a short walk to the sunset view point at TOT. Restaurants are not far away.The owner, Phi Ying and Nong Phanong, speak well but would like to be helped when there are loud and drunk people.Disadvantages: The house is small. The bathroom is very small. Hot water is available but the water is not very strong. The bathroom door can't close properly, there are a lot of insects, the mattress is hard, there is no wifi, there is no refrigerator, there is a TV, many electrical devices are forbidden.But there are plenty of power outlets. During my visit, the electricity didn't go out.Breakfast: toast, mushroom porridge with very little pork, tea and coffee.Personally, I think the accommodation is not worth the price of 2200. Weekdays and 2500 holidays The price is overpriced compared to houses.There is a steep slope at the entrance and small cars can drive. Be careful when passing each other.The house is not soundproof. The tent is not soundproof.The second night of staying Found a tent next to him, drinking and getting drunk, singing loudly from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Called the owner at 1am. Because from 10 p.m., the staff at the resort didn't do anything. Can't find another number.Unable to contact (I understand it's late. But I don't want to go out and speak for myself because I'm afraid people will get drunk because the resort has a rule that Do not make loud noises after 10 p.m.)Go out and contact the reception section. There is no emergency number to contact the staff. (I found out later that the staff were already asleep.)At the end, there was another tent, shouting at them to keep their voices down, they couldn't sleep (thank you Brave heroines that night)Followed by the sound of a drunk person vomiting and then silence.At 1:00 a.m.Recommend: Ask for an emergency phone number in case someone is drunk. Good atmosphere, very good service from both the owner and the housekeeper.
