Discovered on maps for a family stay.The studio is large, well appointed, the price is excellent value for money.The sharing with the senior residence is pleasantly successful.The strong point is the location, right near the Tram E Winston Churchill stop, with the added bonus of a range of local shops.Definitely a perfect place to discover the city while being quiet.Furthermore, the staff is very friendly.Recommended!

I gave it 3, because I couldn't visit the doctor's villa, I went there at rush hour, the horror, you have to get there by tram, you don't have to stress!!

If you care for a clean room, i do not recommend it. While the front desk was very kind, management contact could not be established. We booked a small apartment for 400 euro per night. When we arrived at night, the sheets were disgustingly dirty. There was hair, blood stains, and black marks. We asked the front desk for help, but the next sheets were dirty as well. We had trouble finding management contact, so after contacting the online booking sight, we had to leave the same night as we would not sleep in this dirt. Unfortunately, they will still charge us 400 Euro for a dirty room, we didn't sleep and left immediately.

Very beautiful residence. Quality meal. Friendly staff. The only problem is parking. The residence does, however, have a few underground parking spaces. Most residents are very satisfied.

It's very nice. The apartments are designed for elderly people. There are gym yoga classes and a swimming pool. This establishment is also a hotel. We eat well balanced......

Positive points, spacious, welcoming, geographically well placed. ModernNegative points. Inventory not done. Lack of dishes, dishwasher out of order. Just a microwave that doesn't cook.

Unfortunately, the accommodation shows absolutely no goodwill. We couldn't go on the trip because my toddler was sick. Still we had to pay almost half of the price as cancellation fees.The message came from reception: we had not been able to rent your apartment. What is not true at all: There is not a single room or apartment available for today's date. The hotel is fully booked, but the hotel still keeps the money. That's really bold. Not recommendable.

Less God what a disasterWe had to beg to get bread (you'll have some in 5 minutes...you have to put it in the oven!!!), water, fish (oh yes the dish is empty...I'll find out. ..), the meat (I'm not the one in charge of that), the spaetzles (I'll check in the kitchen...), the vegetables! And it was 12:30 p.m....The plates weren't cleared for 10 minutes, the coffee machine wasn't working...No towel to dry your hands in the toilets.Incredible, I have never witnessed such disorganization!Not even worthy of a common canteen!!!!Absolutely avoid.
