REALLY FANTASTIC. I was there with my family to renovate our old apartment. What was great was the trampolining and the many possibilities for trampolining on the terrace. The service was also good but only came once and then no more (cleaning lady). The location was also good, just 5-4 minutes to the train station and lots of opportunities to explore in the city. Great👍

It was a perfect place for us! All necessary equipment for every need - hair drier, waching machine, wifi, full kitchen with smart technique, comfy beds and pillows, cot for our 2 year old, easy access and near to a train station with great straight connections to Frankfurt, Mainz and other cities :) Also - not to mention the roof terrace - was really enjoyable and also our child had fun there on the trampoline and mini kitchen. Really we were highly satisfied and would definitely stay there again if our roads lead to Germany again :)

Absolutely wonderful penthouse. Has everything you need for your stay and is worth every penny.

Perfect place for a large group, well equipped and great location. Host was very helpful and the outdoor space with trampoline was great for the kids.Only criticism was that there were flies in the kitchen when we arrived and it took a few days to organise a car parking space, but overall an excellent place to stay our family with kids.

I'm writing about the penthouse. Chic apartment, fully equipped, with a good kitchen, large terrace and large TV. There is even a good coffee machine, which is important to me. Regular cleaning. The location is in the heart of the city, and it's actually a five minute walk to the S-Bahn. For a large number of people, it is ideal in price and quality!

I stayed in the suite for a business meeting. The apartment is furnished in an oriental style and offers plenty of space. It's only a 4-minute walk from the apartment to the train station. A very good experience. Recommended.

We were very fortunate to stay at this wonderful apartment. The interior is beautiful and well laid out. Modern decor with new electronics. Lots of space for people to spread out and come together. The beds and pillows are the best we’ve had throughout Germany and France! Check in was easy. The host was super helpful and kind. The location of the apartment is the best. Great area to walk around. 2 min walk to the train station. An absolutely fantastic place to stay! Highly recommended and we can’t wait to come back!Dr. Chris Cameron

My brother booked this establishment back in January 2023. To be told that it is over booked 1 week before booking is criminal. Just an email telling booking being cancelled. Booking.com should also hang their heads in shame. They provided an airbnb option but this was 2 bedroom option I need 3. He has found another option on booking website. He reserved it thinking booking.com would pay the difference. Original cost £460 apartment new hotel booking was £630 because this was not being accepted. We have a wheel chair member we are attending a wedding. This had a roof garden were picture taken in privacy. All this and lack of support and a caring edge from booking.com A very disappointed customer. I hope you improve your customer experience. He has had to book 3 bedroom hotel not what he wanted but in emergency he had to. Also to be told by your analyst that we have not been charged for the booking when clearly we have. As of writing, we still have not been credited back the funds. All very distressing.Overall when a customer has a problem and is panicking to get bookings in when 6 members are travelling when one is disabled and two are OAP in a country like Germany was shocking with booking.com it just felt get rid of this customer. Very disappointed overall experience

This appartment/studio is ideally located, near excellent local and international transport connections, restaurands, cafes, bars, shopping, and with all the comforts required for those clients who want some autonomy. It is ideal for couples. Kitchen facility is fully equipped, including refrigerator and air-conditioning and large flat screen TV. The terrace is useful with sufficient space for dining on the terrace. One important point is the very much appreciated support of manager, Tatiana, to answer any questions to respond to any specific requests.

We as a family (3 generations) were desperate! We built a house that hasn't been finished yet. I discovered the saying PMC -Pent House Apartment by chance on the internet and I wrote to them straight away. I got an answer immediately. The beginning is always important and it was like that until the end. We stayed in the apartment for 6 months and all I can say is great service, super helpful, super clean, you have peace and quiet! If you have problems, help is available... I had a very difficult breakup and we are still in touch. Hence the 5 stars :) it is well deserved. :)))
