A very nice place with a clean and very hospitable guesthouse. Beautiful rooms, clean, modern furnishings. The absolute highlight is the home cooking in the restaurant, it couldn't be better. Don't eat somewhere else before you arrive!

A great place to stay. We were in Martinfeld with five hiking friends over the weekend and stayed in the Krone. Very nice and attentive owners who run the hotel. I can recommend it at any time.

Went on motorbikes for a weekend and stayed in a country hotel. Very nice rooms, great food and nice hosts. Gladly again and highly recommended.

We were here for the second time now. This time with 10 people for the Whitsun bike tour. Modern, clean rooms, small but nice! The guesthouse is a good starting point for bike tours through beautiful Eichsfeld and the Werra.The home-slaughter meal from Mother Adler's kitchen was simply delicious - 3 evenings in a row!The Adler family are the perfect hosts. There are e-bikes for rent here as well as all kinds of services - including transport services by bus.The highlight today was a picnic on the Dieteröder cliff. After a strenuous bike ride, a set table with a fantastic view awaited you.Thank you very much!We'll be back!

The guest house is practically new, the rooms there are modern, mostly clean and comfortably furnished. You can see some "sloppy" cleaning in the corners and edges, but that's still absolutely ok for me. There is good internet, but the D2 cell phone network is not available. Of course you can't attribute this to the inn. The parking lot is about 50m from the house, the location is very quiet.

Great host!!We (11 hiking friends) spent the Easter holidays in the Hotel “Zur Krone”. The Adler family looked after us very well. They gave us great hiking tips and looked after us excellently.We can only recommend the restaurant with the great food and the guesthouse; here you will receive warm, all-round care.Thanks alot!

From October 4th to 11th, 2023 we, 3 hiking friends, were in beautiful Eichsfeld. We had nice accommodation in the Hotel “Zur Krone”. The Adler family looked after us very well, from the great Eichsfeld food to hiking tips. Thank you very much for everything. We and our families also enjoyed the sausage (Feldkieker) we brought with us at home. We wish the Adler family a happy and blessed New Year. Michael Kinder, for the hiking enthusiasts

Yesterday we went to the “Heurigen Gänseessen” with 5 people and were thrilled by the cozy, pre-Christmas atmosphere, the delicious, lovingly prepared food and the hospitality. Unfortunately we cannot rate the guesthouse because we only spent a nice evening in the restaurant. Thanks to the Adler family, we would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at the Pension Zur Krone. Despite our somewhat late arrival, we were able to have a delicious vegetarian dinner. The breakfast was also lovingly prepared. We'd love to come back when we're hiking in the area again.

I have been going to Martinfeld to stay overnight for about 10 years, every year except during Corona times, because I really like it in the guesthouse. For me it's like coming home, I feel so comfortable there.

The rooms are clean and functional. The price/performance ratio is right. The breakfast was good. I would have been happy with bakery rolls (instead of frozen) or a loaf of bread.What leaves a lot to be desired, however, is the service. Rude, I didn't even dare to ask for a drink after 9 p.m., I had the feeling that every course and every question was too much. Unfortunately, combined with the hefty prices in the restaurant, this isn't possible. A pity!
