We enjoyed a lovely short autumn break in this pleasant hotel.The rooms are clean and all comfort is available. The staff very friendly and helpful.There is an extensive breakfast.From the hotel you can take about ten marked circular walks through the vast forests of Mettendorf.The hotel also has an excellent restaurant

Lovely quiet hotel with neat rooms.Good restaurant, nice bar and beer garden.Friendly people and helpful.Whaliet is also very nice..the waiter.There is not much to do in the hotel, but it is an excellent starting point for visiting cities.Trier, Luxembourg ed.We slept well here for 4 nights.

Actually everything is good. Reception and breakfast service top.But over 50% surcharge for a twin room as single occupancy compared to the single room is already outrageous. When asked, the argument was that increased cleaning effort would be required. “Greed” would have been accurate and honest in this case.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.A very good price-quality ratio.The room was tidy. The bed was good, but I found the pillow very thin.The breakfast was extensive and delicious.In the evening we had dinner in the beer garden. The food was delicious and the wine was also delicious!

Visited this hotel last weekend with a group of motorcyclists. The reception was very inviting with a drink on the house as a welcome. The staff was extremely friendly and, if necessary, very helpful. We lacked nothing. The kitchen also served an extensive breakfast and a varied and very tasty 3-course dinner.The rooms were spacious and neat with very clean bathroom facilities. The only point for improvement were the soft pillows on the beds. All in all, definitely recommended to visit.

Pleasant accommodation. Nice staff. The location gets full points not because there is so much going on there, but because it was a good fit for our bike tour and the offerings in the area aren't exactly extensive. Guests mainly on two wheels of all kinds.

Excellent rooms. Clean, neatly up to date. Excellent starting point for motorcyclists but also for walkers. The town itself is nothing. Point for improvement: the pillows on the beds were far too soft.

Pilgrims: There were five of us here and we all really enjoyed it. There are special pilgrim rooms, and dinner in the beautiful restaurant is particularly impressive because of the pilgrim-friendly (large) portions. The service was very friendly and helpful (thanks again for the great hospitality!) There is a bakery next door that opens at 6, so you can have a great breakfast from here in the morning and then start early.

I stayed one night in a double room with 2 people and breakfast in the hotel.We were very satisfied.The room was very nice, clean and welcoming.The bed was super comfortable, the best bed I've ever had in a hotel.The breakfast left nothing to be desired.All in all, the short stay was very, very good.Conclusion, we would like to come back, even for a few days. Food very tasty, great wine selection. Service is also very friendly. Even our furry friend got a “greeting” from the kitchen. We were very satisfied and will be back very soon.
