We had a very nice holiday at the Seehotel. Very idyllic location by the lake. Pure peace. Ideal for walks in a great environment. The sunny weather invites you to linger on the terrace or on the lakeshore and enjoy the view of the lake. There is a very nice playground.The entire service staff was very nice and tried to please every guest. It can certainly still be improved here and there, but the relatively new crew has mastered it well, even with a lack of staff. We had half board plus and were very happy with the breakfast and dinner. It was constantly being refilled and there was something for every taste.The room was ok, although the bathroom could be renovated.The sauna area was small but ok. Nothing was missing. There were always plenty of towels.The massages we booked were carried out very professionally.Thank you for that.We'll definitely come back.We wish the entire team all the best

This hotel is simply fantastic.Unplanned, we had a slightly later arrival. They called to inquire and when we said that we needed about 15 minutes to get there, the receptionist was still waiting for us.Despite the time and everything, always friendly.In the morning the view from the room is a dream.We will book with you again next time.

A bit remote but nice and quiet. Large area and right on the lake with a small beach. Paid parking space €2 per day. The rooms are spacious and clean3 floors with elevator. The staff is nice and friendly and half are Polish. The buffet-style food is ok but a bit bland and not very varied. We were guests for 4 days and chose the hotel as a starting point for our bike tours.We can recommend the hotel for a short break

For a 3-star hotel, our wellness vacation was great. We couldn't complain about the daily buffet either, it was varied. The staff was always friendly. The surroundings were simply great, lots of nature and many walks are possible.We would recommend the hotel and who knows, maybe we will visit there again at some point :-)

Hotel in need of renovation, room facilities limited to a minimum. Breakfast is included in most booking arrangements, but it is manageable.What doesn't work at all: ventilation in the bathroom at a low level and mold in the shower.

Unfortunately there is no filter coffee for breakfast, only Caro coffee, and the rolls are baked rolls with no taste. The sauna only has 4 plastic loungers (without cushions) very uncomfortable. If you consider how many guests are there. There is no sauna garden or possibility of going directly from the sauna into the lake, although there is enough space here. A barrel sauna with direct access would be great. The meal went like this, unfortunately language barriers. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms are spacious but the beds are way too soft. But that may be a matter of taste. We spent 2 lovely weeks at Beetzsee. The location is fantastic. Direct access to the water with a small beach and picturesque reeds and water lilies. The evening buffet-well. Good salads and variety are missing. Often ordinary use of lecture. The same applies to breakfast. Lots of carbohydrates and not enough fresh food and fruit. Today people eat differently. The sauna was often dirty and the towels were missing despite being reported to reception. All in all a three.

I can only speak for us and what we experienced personally. We liked it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was nothing to complain about when it came to food either. Different meal times, for dinner drinks such as light and black beer, red and white wine, Cola, Fanta, petrol and water were free for 1.5 hours. There is also a beer garden. In the evening you can sit comfortably together. I would like to rate the health management of Ms. Monique Piellusch with 5 stars. We received great treatment. Unfortunately, there is someone like Mrs. Piellusch, who with dedication and her ability to give us rest and relaxation can hardly be given, simply great and thank you, Mrs. Harnisch-Reichenbach also says thank you. Very nicely located, right on the lake. Paid parking lot at the hotel, which can sometimes be full.The reception seemed like a holiday home from a bygone era, not very friendly.The rooms are quite modern. The carpet dampens the noises from other rooms and in the hallway well. Only the hallway door closes very loudly.There are 2 terraces at the hotel, very pleasant to sit outside.Very quiet at night, very beautiful!One evening we were not served by the bar, neither outside nor inside, even after several timesDon't ask. There weren't many guests there.Breakfast and dinner are available as a buffet. The choice of drinks is very limited due to self-service. The coffee tasted neither from the pot nor from the machine.There are set meal times that are communicated very strictly, and here too there is a feeling of a holiday home atmosphere. We think the first slot for dinner 5:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. is too early. The second slot 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. was probably very full.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend with the family (5 adults, 2 children). One of the children is disabled and uses a wheelchair.Unfortunately, the reception is not barrier-free. To get there with a wheelchair you have to walk around the building, across the terrace and through the restaurant. However, this doesn't represent a lot of effort.The hotel has an elevator, which is unfortunately quite small. A child's wheelchair, an accompanying person and a suitcase fit in.The hotel is located directly on Lake Beetz and has direct access to the water with a jetty, pedal boat rentals and sun loungers on the beach.The hotel grounds are very large and beautifully designed. It has a playground.Our room was very spacious. The wheelchair found space in the room. A folding chair was converted into a bed for our son. It was fine for two nights, but it wouldn't be suitable for a longer stay.Our bed was very large, comfortable and clean. The room also had a seating area with a table and a large television. Snacks and bottled water were available for a fee.The bathroom was large enough and had a bathtub.Unfortunately, it was particularly noticeable there that the hotel was already getting a bit old. Here and there stains were found that could no longer be removed, especially around the bathtub and under the toilet.We had booked half board plus, which means that drinks were included during meal time. This included wine, beer and soft drinks, as well as coffee, tea and juice during breakfast.The breakfast buffet was very rich and international. All dishes were fresh.The dinner buffet was also very extensive. Unfortunately, the dishes were seasoned quite sparingly, which meant that the taste was somewhat lacking.They tried very hard for us. A very friendly employee - presumably a house technician - made sure that we got a table reservation for meals. That wasn't usual, he told us, but it meant we always had enough space for the wheelchair. A great gesture.All the other employees were also very friendly.The only absolute no-go is the spider infestation on the windows and in the entrance area. There are large spider webs on all the windows including residents. Of course the spiders also come in when the windows are open. In the entrance area the spiders sit on the door opener in the evening and at night. Very uncomfortable when you want to unlock the door.A disaster for arachnophobics. It remains to be hoped that something will be done about spider infestation in the future.All in all it was a very nice stay.

Went for a short vacation as two couples and traveled a lot by bike in a good location. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was varied and good, as an exception we booked and used half-board plus, and the beach was also different because unfortunately there was no bathing weather at the time. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

Outside the city, by the lake. The view is beautiful. But the rooms and the hotel are old. It's from the 1980s. The price is a bit high. Transportation is limited. We chose it because it was close to the race area.

Very nice, quiet location, ideal for bike trips. Staff nice, breakfast good. The room was a bit old, the carpet was very stained, the furniture was very old. Small beach directly on the Beetzsee that belongs to the hotel. Swimming in the lake is not possible due to algae.

1 whole week holiday at the Seehotel with half board +. We really liked it. We had a large room with a refrigerator. This was very pleasant given the temperature was consistently over 30°C. We were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the outside terrace, which was bearable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the ladies at reception were always friendly despite being busy at times. The rented bikes were well maintained and of high quality. The food was rich and tasty.

Checked in at 1 p.m., keys could be picked up from 3 p.m., when we picked up the keys around 5 p.m. and went to the room with our luggage, the dirty laundry was still in the room, beds were not made. After we complained we were given a drinks voucher and the room was handed over after about 45 minutes. There was hardly any staff on the terrace and the bar. A requirement for around 25 to 40 guests meant that you had to wait over half an hour for your order. The staff only spoke Polish and English. We will probably never visit this hotel again. It's a shame because it's very centrally located 😔

Great location of the hotel right on the lake, plenty of parking spaces available (chargeable). There was a very high check-in volume but the friendly receptionist definitely had everything under control.Our room (3-bed room) was pleasantly large with comfortable and large beds. The bathroom was partially renovated some time ago (shower cubicle and sink). The cleanliness in the room wasn't perfect but ok. Big plus point: there was a blind (although it was a bit old). A travel cot, children's bed linen and a small surprise gift were prepared for our little one, as well as a diaper pail and bottle warmer if necessary.Beautiful, spacious outdoor area with lots of seating and retreat options. Some benches are very wobbly and should only be used with caution. The sandy beach is great for children, as is the playground and playroom. It's a shame that the lake/swimming access is very clogged with grass and algae and leaves. Even if it is a natural bathing beach, it would be advisable to fish for this stuff at regular intervals!We had booked HPplus. You had to choose between 7-8, 8-9 or 9-10am for breakfast. Just 1 hour for breakfast is very sporty on vacation. It would be worth thinking about whether it wouldn't be more relaxed like dinner with two meals but 1.5 hours of time.The breakfast buffet was ok. There was something for everyone. Sometimes you had to wait a while until the food was refilled or something different was served. The highlight were the freshly baked waffles.The evening buffet was unfortunately very variable in quality and variety. Often absolutely not seasoned, often the same/similar dishes (Kassler sauerkraut pan and Kasslerbraten) and according to the menu there should be cake as dessert every day. We only saw cake once. Either there was no plate or perhaps only a small plate at the very beginning and anyone who came a little later was unlucky?? Although we are not vegetarians, we did not find the dish offered very varied (1 casserole every day)You could sit outside on the terrace for both breakfast and dinner. The service was always attentive.The hotel is well suited for bicycle tours. Unfortunately there is nothing within walking distance.There is a lot of peace and quiet.All in all we were satisfied and can recommend it.
