Positive:- earlier check-in- friendly contact- Room and bathroom were meticulously clean- absolutely good locationNegative:- Mattress sagging- very cold room (no warm heating in mid-October)- Breakfast unfortunately poorI would like to talk a little more about breakfast. For people who generally don't eat healthily, it may seem like a wonderful, unhealthy breakfast. Definitely enough in quantity. There are eggs, sausage, cheese, rolls, yoghurt... It seemed to me as if the products were not fresh, but packaged (but I could be wrong here).Unfortunately, the only healthy thing was a pair of cucumber slices spread on a plate.Something needs to be improved here.With a working heating system and new mattresses, the price-performance ratio is definitely there.

A little old but very clean. Breakfast absolutely sufficient. Bread, rolls, coffee, tea, cappuccino, cocoa, muesli, quark, sausage, cheese, honey, jam, tomatoes and cucumbers, boiled eggs, what more could you want? Location: sensational, bus stop on the doorstep. Restaurants within walking distance. Price performance is completely okay.

Furniture in the room was very old and worn, especially the beds. The bathroom was very small, plastic cups for the toothbrush, towels from the 60s. Breakfast is always the same, even though there is a lot of plastic honey, jam, etc.

We were only there as a visitor (with a dog), but only for a short time and were spoken to very unpleasantly by the landlord, something like that is not possible at all. For me it's an absolute no-go and a reason not to go there again.

As a family of four, we entered our short-term vacation search via the vacation portal on Berchtesgaden.de. The guesthouse then contacted us via email and offered us a family room at short notice. Holiday time, short-term and cheap spoke in favor of the pension. Zack, confirmed via email.The guesthouse is only a 7-minute drive from Königssee. It's 10 minutes to Berchtesgaden. Bus stop in front of the door. Can be used free of charge with the guest card.The family room is on the 2nd floor towards the back with a view of the Jenner and the Kehlsteinhaus. Great view of the mountains. Just chill on the balcony and watch. Top!2 rooms with double bed. Super comfortable. Small bathroom with shower/toilet. Furnishings are older, but functional and clean. Cleaning every day. For breakfast there are rolls, 4 types of sausage, 3 types of cheese, eggs, a small selection of muesli, cornflakes, vegetables, jam, etc. Fully automatic coffee machine and juices. Completely adequate. You can eat whatever fits in. The host Florian Grassl is very, very nice and helpful. Cares about every guest. If something is empty, it will be filled up immediately.We are very satisfied. But we have no comparison because it is our first Alpine vacation.Nevertheless, thank you very much for your hospitality! LG Nawrot family

A little old but absolutely functional.With the parking spaces right next to the house, it is difficult if some guests are too small to park - but the guesthouse can't do anything about it. Breakfast OK, staff very friendly.

Had a very nice vacation. Very clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Mr. Grassl was always there and often asked if everything was okay. Bus stops right in front of the door, so you could leave your car parked while on vacation. We'd love to come back!!! LG

Immersed in the heart of nature, just 2 km from Konigssee and the Jennerbahn ropeway. Only 10 minutes away from Berchtesgaden, with fitting connectivity to Salzburg via the 840 direct bus route.

Was accepted after reception closed, thank you very much. Parking spaces right in front of the door. Nice room, great mattress... the room could have been preheated for full marks, unfortunately the room is freezing cold even though I booked eight hours ago.WiFi is pretty weak.

We had a very nice holiday here, very relaxing, the boss is super friendly as are all the other employees. When we needed help, we got every question answered. The breakfast is very good and you are always asked if everything is OK. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back.

I'm traveling alone. You have to walk a bit to get to Lake Könisee, but it's flat so it's not difficult for those who like walking. The owner is very kind. They also provide breakfast, so I can say it's the best value for money at this price. The downside was that it was a bit cold at night. Still, it is the best accommodation for the price.

Great view with an unbeatable location, there are ample parking spaces and a bus station right out front. Mr. Grassl was very attentive to our needs and even helped me with organizing a surprise birthday cake for my wife during our stay.

We stayed in this guesthouse for 9 nights until yesterday.The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly every day. The room had a balcony with a view of the Kehlsteinhaus.The breakfast was absolutely good and sufficient.There is a garage for bicycles and plenty of parking spaces.The location is perfect, bus stop right there, Königssee 2km and Berchtesgaden about 3-4 km.Shops in 2 minutes. to reach.Staff and boss very friendly!Everything perfect, would love to come back!
