On arrival we were told that the heating was broken and that showers were only possible to a limited extent and that the radiators were not working. The first impression of the outside area was very reminiscent of the "Flodders". The interior reflected the exterior. I would like to say that me and my dad are used to a lot as bikers, but it felt very uncomfortable.We were welcomed by the neighbor because the boss wasn't in the house. Unfortunately, the rooms were not to our satisfaction as they were "fitters" rooms and were not justified for the price of €75. When booking, you should pay attention to this if you say “Feel free”.The interior seemed very untidy, shabby and not pleasant, and the smell in the entrance to the house was reminiscent of a damp cellar.The shower head in my room was moldy as were the joints in the shower tray.In the fridge we found old, open food and drink leftovers from the previous person. The rooms were mechanics' stalls, one of which didn't even have a decent double bed; here two beds were simply pushed together.We then canceled breakfast as we preferred not to eat any food here. We will definitely not come here again and recommend this country house. Given all the circumstances, the final price was adjusted a little but unfortunately it was not justified.

A very nice and cozy little country house. We felt very comfortable and in good hands here during our vacation. The small rooms were absolutely sufficient for 2 people. Our dog was also a welcome guest. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is freshly prepared by the owner himself. The prices are absolutely fine and really cheap compared to other holiday apartments. If we visit Berchtesgaden again we will definitely try to get a room there again. Unfortunately Mr. Graßmann isn't the best person to communicate with, he confuses having a B&B with being very rude talking to his customers, he translates his words from German to English and thinks his culture is the one everyone should be accustomed to, we had a simple misunderstanding regarding where he left me the,key but when I calmly explained how I understood his wording his reply was: "This is crazy talk".I wanted to leave after the first night but he insisted that I pay for 2 because I originally booked 2 nights, so I stayed for the second night against my wish not to waste the money, I would never recommend his place or ever go back again under any situation.

Small room, but works for a night's sleep. Parking space available. You can book breakfast. Kittys! Very friendly and cuddly cats, a real plus ;) had a nice cuddle session at breakfast.

Well worth the high price. Not far from the border with Austria.Large room, with balcony, kitchenette and kettle.Very conveniently located. Sufficient parking space, but no sign of the owner. The invoice came by email, the key was on top of the mailbox.

We spent 2 nights at the LH Grassmann.The room was a nice size and very clean. We slept very well😊Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hotplate and dishes...you can't complain either😉There was also a balcony.Dogs welcome, top priority for us🦮🐕🦺

Really very good guesthouse where you are immediately welcomed and feel comfortable. The rooms are very well equipped for the price. The price-performance ratio is therefore very good for the Graßmann family. I will always enjoy coming here.

Very nice guesthouse. We were warmly welcomedreceived. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was good and sufficient. Coffee was served later. The area and the surrounding restaurants are great. If I understood correctly, Mr. Grasssman does everything himself. Hats off to that - :)

We spent 3 nights at Landhaus Grassmann. After a really warm welcome, we were served throughout the day by the boss, who was clear that the well-being of his guests was important to him. The country house is ideally located for getting to know the surrounding area. The places to stop for refreshments are exceptionally good. The room is a bit small, but very clean and has everything you need. In addition to a refrigerator, there was a microwave, a hotplate and even instant coffee and tea were available. We particularly liked the mattresses. It was very easy to lie on it.

Nice guesthouse, quiet and at the same time centrally located in Piding. We were passing through and booked one night here including breakfast. Everything met our expectations, we would love to come back! The two cats were a sweet bonus :)

Very fabulous accommodation. We booked a three-room apartment as a family... it was a great decision.The apartment was on the 1st floor with a balcony with a direct view of the mountains, beautiful.The accommodation was clean, well, if you look closely behind the cupboards or the furniture, well... it's like being at home. Everything was really great, highly recommended.The house is built to be CO2-neutral, which is also very good.The host Thomas, such a sweet, nice and helpful man, dear sir. I can only say good things about the stay, nothing was missing.At this point, we would like to thank you Thomas for the great holidays, keep it up. You're a great host!Good bye
