We stayed in the holiday apartment for almost a week in October. Mountain paradise that was really beautifully decorated and also very clean. Bathroom, infrared sauna, kitchen... everything is excellent!!! The hosts, Monika and Ludwig, also warmly welcomed us and gave us tips. We had also booked breakfast, which was beautifully decorated in a great dining room. Unfortunately, we weren't completely satisfied with the breakfast. For the most part it was the choice of bread and rolls. Out of 6, there were only 2 rolls from the bakery, otherwise the rolls were baked from the Edeka bag. Some of the sliced bread was inedible because it was very hard, dry and had also been baked repeatedly. Pretzels also very hard... The baked goods as a whole made a very cheap impression and unfortunately detracted from the breakfast. The eggs (scrambled eggs) in the morning were very good and tasty. Unfortunately there were no eggs on the last day, for whatever reason? All in all, we wouldn't book breakfast again, for the price of €54/day (2 adults + 2 children) it wasn't justified. Again, the holiday apartment. is fully recommended, but it is no longer a farm business. Best regards...

We rented the Lindenblick holiday apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The facilities are great, everything was very clean and comfortably furnished. Underfloor heating and a modern bathroom made the stay comfortable. The missing towel rails were immediately obtained and installed for us. The hosts were very nice and friendly. We recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

We spent a very peaceful and relaxing week in the very quiet courtyard.The farm is located in a small hamlet in Obing. Everything worth seeing, as well as restaurants, mountain tours and swimming lakes, are easy to reach by bike or car.The spacious apartment was well equipped and the hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. We immediately felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Everything is exceptionally great here for us! The location, the apartments, the landlords, the breakfast!Surrounded by wonderful nature, you can see the mountains from the balcony.The apartments are equipped above average and super clean. Even with a washing machine and dryer!The landlords are both very nice, communicative, funny, open-minded and incredibly helpful.The breakfast...... where do I start... Simply a dream!!!! There really is no wish left unfulfilled, Monika specifically asks what you like and exceeded our expectations. Everything freshly prepared, healthy, tasty, plenty of choice.We are completely happy and satisfied, thank you so much to both of you!

We came for a 10-day holiday in Chiemgau and stayed at Edlmann Hof in the Bergparadies apartment. Thx for that!The good:- great location, very quiet & calm - yet relatively close to the Chiemsee and other great family attractions- spotless apartment built with quality, natural materials & antique furniture- great view of the mountains- lots of space, indoors as well outdoors- the rooms are very well sound insulated, so no worries when the kids are asleep- the kitchen is well equippedThe not-so-good:- it was hot in the apartment and hard to cool it down. There is no air conditioning (this would be good to have at least in the bedrooms, seeing the hot summers - but I understand it isn't the most sustainable) or a mosquito net on the bedroom windows. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night.- the beds were really hard (only a 10cm mattress), which doesn't correspond with the pricing/stars of the rooms. Also, the bed linen was not adjusted to the seasons, which made it again too warm- the outside of the Hof was a little bit sad. Except for the young cats, there wasn't really the farm vibe we expected and there was little interaction possible with the animals on the lot. I understand they will be investing in transforming into a real farm again, that would be welcome.So overall, we had a great time in the area, our kids loved their stay here, and we loved the quietness and the cleanliness. But we had really bad nights due to the heat & the bad beds. If the weather is less warm and you don't mind the hardness of the beds as we do: you'll have a great stay.

We spent a wonderful week in the Rosengarten apartment. The furnishings are extremely tasteful, there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and the kitchen is equipped with the most modern appliances. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains, Lake Chiemsee is only 15 minutes away by car or 50 minutes by bike. It is only 10 minutes by bike to Lake Obing and Obing also has all the shops, shopping opportunities and restaurants you need. The WiFi in the apartment is so good that - since we had to work - we were also able to hold video conferences. Large TVs in the bedroom and living room are very pleasant, the bed is very comfortable, we slept wonderfully. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, we were able to store our bikes in the barn and in the event of a thunderstorm, a space was even made available in the barn for our car. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

We were recently allowed to be guests of Monika and Ludwig for 5 days. The occasion of a funeral in our family was very sad. The wonderful stay at the Edlmann Hof was a very positive compensation. We were even offered an even nicer holiday apartment “Rosengarten” for the same price as the one we booked with a wonderful balcony. The “Rosengarten” holiday apartment is beautifully and stylishly furnished with everything you need on holiday. In the garden area you can use a beautiful whirlpool free of charge at any time. If you wish, you can also get a great breakfast. You can also grill yourself or everything will be organized for you. We particularly liked the warmth shown by Monika and Ludwig. You live very quietly and Lake Chiemsee is very close and there is also a wonderful thermal bath. Also ideal for hiking, cycling, etc. etc. Ideal for unwinding and relaxing from stressful everyday life. It definitely wasn't our last vacation at the Edlmann Hof. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in a wonderful, quiet location and natural atmosphere. We were with our hosts Monika and Ludwig for the second time. The apartments are very stylish,decorated with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of here so that you immediately feel at home. We also enjoyed using the whirlpool in the garden. We will come back, not least because of the great hosts, who listened to our every wish, were extremely helpful and very loving in their dealings with their guests. A highlight was the breakfast, which we really enjoyed. We were definitely not there for the last time!!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

terrible serviceThe customer really isn't king at Edlemann.We had reserved 3 nights in two apartments with a group months in advance. Everything had worked wonderfully so far. Then, about a month later, we received the message that 5 nights was the minimum. I repeat.We receive this information a month later...What now?So we call and try to clarify the situation.The lady on the phone wasn't the least bit willing to meet us. Annoying... Nevertheless, we didn't want to cancel our planned vacation.After all, everyone took a vacation and was looking forward to it, etc. So we ask what we can do now, because not all of us took a vacation for 5 nights.So the lady suggested that we come for 4 nights but had to pay for 5 nights. We discuss the annoying situation in the group and decide to pay the extra price.But that's not enough.The rooms we reserved were no longer available.What the hell@€&??? Honestly??Now it became more and more clear that the apartments had been given to someone “better” and they were now trying to get rid of us somehow. (It's just my feeling and it doesn't have to be that way. Of course the farm wouldn't admit it) Slowly the plan worked and we lost our interest in the accommodation.But that's not enough. They didn't even want to cancel themselves.After all, we should do it ourselves via a booking internet platform.The sad thing about the story is not that we had to reschedule our vacation. It's simply the fact that Edlmann didn't even apologize or want to accommodate us in any way.If they had at least lied and told us that something went wrong in the booking system or something like that.But no!They had reserved the nights for others and that meant we were out because 3 nights wouldn't have put enough money into the till.(My opinion. I can't prove it)That's just not how you treat people or customers.

We took a short vacation at the Edlmann Hof in September.Unfortunately only for a weekend and no more.It was simply a dream, the apartments were beautifully and lovingly furnished, there was nothing missing, including the service.We were provided with just about everything =)This was definitely not our last visit! Always happy =)Many thanks to the hosts =)
