The hostess is the most unpleasant lady we have ever met. When we checked in, we were initially met with an unfriendly “and who are you?” When I didn't immediately understand how the boiler in the stained camping shower worked, my eyes were rolled in annoyance. The breakfast, which consisted, among other things, of baked rolls and sour milk, was monotonous and nothing special. Since there was only breakfast, we assumed that there would at least be plates and cutlery in the room so that you could spread bread, but instead there was only a refrigerator and glasses. Why do I need a refrigerator if I don't have any cutlery, plates or anything available, which is why we had to make snacks from paper plates, which OF COURSE caused waste (because not everyone goes to the restaurant twice a day, by the way). When we returned we were shouted at to “not let the rubbish rot, otherwise the mice will come”. We were taking a nap when we were woken up by a loud knock on the door telling us to “finally take out our trash.” When we did so immediately, we heard a disparaging “nap, ts!” from the hallway (I was sick). . After asking for another garbage bag because we noticed how important immediate garbage disposal was to her, we were stared at strangely. All in all, an unfriendly woman who you can't get through to with respect/friendliness. If there is an answer now as to why we didn't say anything, we were AFRAID of you :D Have a nice day!

It is very centrally located in Seebruck, set back on the main street. Old beautiful farmhouse. The furniture is a bit old, but well maintained. Maybe remove the cobwebs/dust webs every now and then and it would be perfect.Breakfast very good.

Yes, everything is fine, a small disappointment is the street, which is very loud and from 4 a.m. at the latest the night's sleep is affected by the many trucks, otherwise everything is ok

If you are looking for something special...The listed Chiemgauer Haus is a very special gem near the lake. Hospitality is very important here. Authentic furnishings with a lot of passion, e.g. homemade jam from our own farm, great breakfast with various sausage and cheese specialties. Nothing is left to be desired here, a real insider tip.

Unfortunately nothing has changed. Good location and actually nice house. But unfortunately dirty and full of cobwebs. What is not possible, however, is spoiled food, i.e. sour milk. And you should be nice for the price too.

An incredible location in a room that was unfortunately only moderately clean (farmhouse, bathroom outside the room with cobwebs and camping shower, cookies between the slatted frames), but with a nice balcony. The hostess was sufficiently friendly, but not particularly warm and sociable, which unfortunately also affected the breakfast...All in all, a good price-performance ratio with a lot of room for improvement in terms of performance, but highly recommended if you just want to sleep somewhere.
