Minimalist, functional accommodation. On-site service was not available, but not necessary either. There weren't even shower soap dispensers, like in every hostel, or 2 wine glasses. Why the baking tray was missing from the oven, a clear obstacle to use, remains unclear.

All good.- We stayed here as bikers for 1 night. Arrived the day before around lunchtime - unfortunately a little too early to check into the room.We were able to change our clothes, freshen up a bit and then enjoy the city of Greifswald.As promised, we found our luggage in the room in the evening.It was quite attractive, large and clean, a nice and high-quality double bed, clean bathroom, large window front with thick curtains, fine flooring, etc.In this respect I can NOT confirm the existing negative reports.Compared to numerous guesthouses and hotels on our 2 week bike trip along the Baltic Sea coast, this was not only relatively but also absolutely one of the best.The house was quiet. No noises audible.

Unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to rate it. Otherwise there would be none.We booked an apartment in the Hansecity Boardinghouse through booking.com for the end of August. On the day of arrival, we were already in Greifswald, the apartment was canceled by the host. Booking.com should provide us with an alternative. This also happened. The host of the Hansecity boardinghouse told us that he would cover the price difference; all we had to do was submit the invoice via booking.com. This has happened. We haven't heard anything since then and all emails and phone calls went unanswered. A reason for us not to book with Hansecity boardinghouse anymore.

Arrived today for one night. TV has no signal and radio is not available. I called and they're trying to get someone to come and fix it today.Room cold for me. A digital display of the temperature on the wallwithout operating instructions.Windows without pleats, the ones opposite can look wonderfully into the room.The bedside cabinet is locked, but I don't have a key for it.Now sit in the quiet room and wait for the night to be over soon and hope the fridge doesn't keep turning on and off. Oh yes... the seal on the refrigerator came towards me when I opened the door. Cleaning in the bathroom is only carried out on the surface. The handle of the cupboard is full of toothpaste or something similar.Addendum: I just found out that the televisions haven't been working for some time and the owner doesn't care at all! There is on-call service, but there is no response to messages.

I had the opportunity to spend a night here for free. The room itself and the bathroom are very large and nicely decorated. However, the house (i.e. the small building with two floors in the yard) is noisier than many GDR prefabricated buildings - which is not very pleasant.

This company is an absolute disaster. No proper check-in, endless waiting for an invoice (weeks), lack of security, fire alarm, no breakfast (which is difficult to recognize in the offer), schmuddlife free water, bed dingy, gated furniture not usable because broken, missing mosquito nets and with 120/per completely overpriced at night. In addition, people then beg for a tip for a cup of tea/coffee. Never again. Better look for something else.

2 days before arrival, we received a very surprising email from the travel portal Booking that our booking had probably been cancelled. No information or feedback from the landlord, calls and emails are ignored.We had already booked 2 months in advance because we urgently had to go to Greifswald for family reasons.It took us a lot of effort to find replacement accommodation during the holiday season, but fortunately there are still nice alternatives in Greifswald whose employees put a lot of effort into it. In any case, the owner of the Hanse City Boardinghouse has obviously missed his job. So it's better to book somewhere else straight away.

Zero stars would be better! There is no bill here! That has a bad aftertaste! Otherwise there is one thing to say about communication and hospitality: there is none! Empty promises and then never reachable again, Mr. Sommer, no response via email and the mailbox is full! I'm traveling on business and have never experienced anything like this!!! My conclusion: quickly skip offers from this provider!

!!!Hello dear readers,!!!!please, please don't book. 1 star is even too much. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I've been in sales for 20 years and stay in a hotel/accommodation all the time. But if the manager promises to send the invoice by email and doesn't do it, ignores and even blocks calls, then that's pretty much it. I can only agree with the previous speakers!Never again Hansecity Boardinghouse in Greifswald!PS: Internally, the accommodation has already been removed from the list so that other field colleagues don't have to go through such an experience.Thank you for the "wonderful" experience

No answerI sent two booking requests and still haven't received a response (or any form of communication) after two weeks. So unfortunately all I have left is a one star rating. Highly unprofessional and therefore not recommended.

If you want to vacation on a construction site, this is the ideal place. Service lousy. We are still waiting for cancellations today. Beware of rip-offs!
