I was very positively surprised. Self check-in, price and location (at the train station) did not suggest that the room and breakfast exceeded one's expectations.

We had booked 6 nights for a holiday in the Teutoburg Forest. The room was clean upon arrival. After that, only towels were changed, even if they hadn't been put on the floor and that was it. No sink cleaned, let alone mopped or vacuumed the floor. The stairs to the rooms were also dirty.The freight trains thundered past loudly in the night. The breakfast was very good and the service staff there was also very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely dirty and disgusting! The first room smelled like old cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. Hair in the towels, there was water in the kettle, and it was completely calcified! Called the hotline/service, changed the room, and the second room wasn't any better! Weird stains, like diarrhea, on walls and bed cover, kettle issue, same as first room. Headboard of the bed completely dirty/smeared! We didn't stay! Never again!

(Coffee residue from the previous machine still on the machine, kettle calcified and still water in it, old sock under the bed and dust and dirt everywhere on the floor)The breakfast not fresh. The cheese in particular has had better days!Lighting in the toilet broken (very funny at night)Toilet and shower next to the bed (wasn't described like that in the ad)

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (Fri - Sun). The shower door was also the toilet door, but it couldn't be closed and was always ajar. Well, not seems great for the price. The blind on the toilet window was hanging down. Rooms very small and with the sloping ceiling you always had to watch your head when you got out of bed by the window. Doors (including the entrance door) close very loudly if you don't close them gently yourself. Other guests showed no consideration whatsoever, even after 11 p.m. WiFi, oh well. Probably not particularly because of the thick walls.Breakfast was very good and the staff was nice. But we didn't see any room service.We knew the location was right next to the train station, and it was very lively as freight trains with around 30 wagons each passed through all the time. At night too, of course.

About the room...We had a suite under the roof! Old converted train station! The ambience was great and we felt very comfortable there. If we happen to be in the area again...we'd be happy again ❤️

Great location, you could walk into town. Spacious room and very friendly staff. I find too little storage space in the bathroom and the plush carpet in the room unhygienic. We wanted to protect the environment and use the towels multiple times. That's why we never threw them on the ground. Nevertheless, we received new ones every day - a shame. The S-Bahn station is directly behind the hotel. No problem for those who are not sensitive to noise.

Very nice rooms, relatively quiet despite the train station thanks to good soundproofing.Check-in possible at any time using an access card for rooms in the safe in the entrance hall. You get the code when booking.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is housed in the converted train station. The check-in was contactless and went without any problems. Our room (wheelchair room) was on the ground floor and was nice and big. The room was attractively furnished. The ladies in charge of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. In the morning there was a breakfast buffet with various rolls, cold cuts, cereals... For dinner, guests can go to the Greek restaurant “Elena”. This can be found directly in the former train station building. A small disadvantage is that the hotel is right next to the train station. Accordingly, a few people are walking around at the window on the ground floor. Luckily there aren't many trains there, so the train noise is limited. But all in all a good hotel.
