We were very lucky to celebrate our wedding at this beautiful location in September and we simply loved it! The free civil wedding on the terrace was an unforgettable experience. Our initial concerns about the neighboring company were completely unfounded - everything went smoothly and undisturbed.The beautiful backdrop with the meadow and lake provided the perfect background for our photos with the guests, which was very pleasant because we didn't have to leave the location. After the photos, the celebration began, which was a complete success with excellent food and hospitality until the early hours of the morning. We couldn't imagine a better place for our special day!

We celebrated our wedding in September at Krickenbecker See. We felt we were in good hands and were given very good advice. On the day of the celebration everything was perfect and the food was extremely tasty and beautifully presented and there was a lot of it. The wedding cake was baked inexpensively in the in-house pastry shop and also tasted very good and looked beautiful. The service was 10/10 as was the ambiance and the lake view. Even if it rains a bit, you can stand outside and sit comfortably thanks to the large umbrellas. There are also photo locations on the meadow facing the lake with a huge "LOVE" sign, a swing under a tree and a jetty on the lake. This meant we were able to capture many great moments with fantastic background motifs. Thank you to the entire team for this perfect day!

We celebrated our wedding at Krickenbecker See in August 2024. The location is very nice, but after the recession we expected more from the food. The selection of the buffet is very good but the taste did not meet our expectations. In addition, you couldn't arrange a rehearsal dinner; you were referred to the Hotel Josten. We had dinner there once, but there were no dishes on the menu that we had chosen for the wedding, so the rehearsal dinner was a failure. Furthermore, the service was poor after 10 p.m., you had to wait an extremely long time for drinks or the drinks didn't come at all. That's why most guests went straight to the bar after 10 p.m. The entire meadow was full of goose droppings. The goose droppings resulted in expensive cleaning of the wedding dress. The planks of the jetty were loose and I almost fell on my face or worse, fell into the water. Furthermore, the fence on the right side of the property was half way up and didn't allow for any nice photos. The photo spot on the swing was decorated with old withered plants.We were informed during the preliminary discussion that a second wedding event would take place. But it was also expressly stated that there would be no second wedding ceremony on site. Not bad so far, but the photo spot on the jetty was permanently occupied.Conclusion:You can argue about the taste of the food, but it's purely a matter of taste. But given the prices quoted, the service must be good throughout the entire duration of the wedding. Furthermore, you can at least clear the meadow of goose droppings the day before. Fences and the footbridge should also be maintained.

We celebrated our wedding there in July 2024 with 94 guests and it was simply fantastic!The organizer kept his word and delivered great service in terms of the preparations and the brilliant team of waiters, who continued to serve the guests with commitment around the clock until late into the night. The renovation of the terrace after the wedding ceremony for the subsequent champagne reception as well as coffee and cake went unnoticed and smoothly. The buffet was delicious, sufficient and very nicely presented. Special requests were also taken into account.Looking back, it was the best decision to book this great location for our wedding!!! Thank you!

After some postponement, we celebrated our wedding and happy wedding here on July 30th, 2022 and it was wonderful from start to finish, super nice, very great service, super delicious food and everything just as we imagined it 🤗! The procedure before the wedding was also great, as we decided on the choice of food together with Mr. Peltzer. You probably only get married once in your life (if things go well 😁), but we would celebrate there again and again 🤗👍😁💛.The wedding cake was great, the location by the lake is just really beautiful!There is a small deduction in the B grade for the rooms, which are quite old compared to the rest and I would recommend a large mirror for every room, especially because many wedding celebrations take place there 😊.Best regards 👍

Work with experts one time? Yes, here it works! There are complete professionals at work here, from planning to food to service during the event. It's rare, but all of our guests had nothing but positive comments about the location, the food and the service. The location on the lake is fantastic. There is always an open ear for guests and hosts during the party. We were really satisfied and are happy that we chose Krickenbeck.

We were invited to a wedding here and we really enjoyed it. The terrace was big enough for the wedding and the lake in the background made everything even more special. There was so much space in the hall that all the tables and a dance floor fit, but without it you would have felt lost. The staff was friendly and professional and the food was delicious. :)I can't say anything about the rooms as we stayed somewhere else.

We were able to celebrate our wedding there on May 25th, 2024. It more than exceeded our expectations. We felt like we were in very good hands at the first meeting. As a service provider, I played as a DJ for the first time in this beautiful location. I have to say that the interaction with the staff is rarely as harmonious as in this location. The food was also perfect and tasted great. I hope to play there again soon.
