New hotel! Everything was perfect and without any complications, the room was super clean, nothing was missing, everything was very well thought out. The bed is literally a dream 😴. We spontaneously booked a room in our old hometown and would do it here again and again given the great quality standards. Keep it up, you're great!

We were there today on October 3rd. Here for breakfast and are very excited! Fresh bakery rolls that you don't know from other breakfast buffets, nice sausage and cheese selection, various egg dishes, good fish (smoked salmon and trout), fruit, vegetables, nice salads, muesli, everything is really nicely prepared and the service is also nice and friendly! All in all, highly recommended for families or just the two of you! We'd love to come back!

Great and very friendly welcome. An indoor solution for our bikes was easily found. Rooms new, clean, comfortable. Price-performance ratio is completely fine.

Unfortunately the food is not that tasty. The last whistle that would have made the meal great is always missing. Salt and pepper would be something.Addition:It was a family celebration in Ganderkesee.

We were in a hotel on our vacation, probably in an old building. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the rest of the facility made a very well-kept impression. Our room was air-conditioned, which was a real relief when it was over 30 degrees outside. The room wasn't very big, if someone was sitting on the chair at the table it was difficult to get past. The room had a minibar, although empty, but you could have used the cooling system. Nice big TV. The technology failed when we checked in, but we managed it on the second try. We'll definitely come back when we're nearby.

We celebrated retirement with 50 people. Great buffet, very nice and hard-working service. We will definitely have our next celebration at the Black Horse again

At the beginning of August 2024 we were the first guests in the new Hotel vom Schwarzen Ross. The rooms are excellently furnished. Digital at a high level. We had a room with a small kitchenette, which we really liked. On Sundays we enjoyed the excellent xxl breakfast buffet. The operators and staff really impressed us with their friendliness and willingness to help. We can warmly recommend the hotel. We always like to come back.

The Hotel-Restaurant Schwarzes Ross absolutely enriched my stay. The breakfast buffet offers a rich selection of fresh fruit, fresh rolls, jams, hearty cold cuts and delicious cheeses. The freshly prepared egg dishes, such as omelets with vegetables, were a highlight. The service was attentive and friendly.The excellent price-performance ratio is particularly noteworthy. For just €24.90 you can eat as much as you want and there is even a juice station, which is also included in the price. For a fair price you get a high quality breakfast. The Black Horse is extremely family-friendly. I was there with my family and we felt very comfortable. A must for anyone who appreciates good food and warm hospitality.

Went here to stay overnight after my birthday party in a nearby restaurant as some of my guests came from further away. Nice room, quiet and the rich breakfast buffet on Sunday is discounted as a hotel guest

I am very disappointed with the loveless hotel. I have lived in this loveless room for the last two days and paid 80 euros a night. The price is partial for this loveless room, with old built-in cupboards with three shabby clothes hangers, leftover dirt and a rickety bed from Ikea. def. Roller blind/no curtains far too high. It smelled like cheap men's deodorant.

Our stay was very disappointing, loveless & impersonal.On the second day the towels were carelessly replaced, cupboards in the upper area didn't see a cloth, hair on the floors, terrible.Reception couldn't be reached by phone.Only the connection to the site was good.
