Ferienhaus in Franken

After our perfect summer vacation in August 2023 at the Alea vita, we had already rented ourselves for five days over Easter 2024 and had already booked our summer vacation in 2025. The time there is always wonderful, regardless of the weather. When it's hot, you can refresh yourself in the natural swimming pool and use the poolside lounge to chat or read until late into the night. We are particularly happy about rainy days because the sauna, the whirlpool or the winter garden are attractive, where you can sit comfortably "outdoors" even when it is pouring rain, thanks to the underfloor heating. Luckily it was cold enough over Easter that we were able to use the beautiful fireplace in the living room - it burns well, doesn't emit any smoke and the firewood available is of great quality: one filling is enough for a long evening, the stove stores it Heat and releases it over many hours.Of course you can cook for yourself in the well-equipped kitchen - shopping is no problem in Geiselwind and Wiesentheid - but in 2 minutes you can also walk over to the very good Italian restaurant. However, you want to spend as much time as possible at the house; it's just too comfortable to be on the go all the time. We were actually very reluctant to leave, luckily not for long!

This was our 8th time at ALEA VITA.Fantastic, quiet and idyllic location.Here you can spend relaxing days regardless of the weather. The whirlpool in the winter garden and the various saunas invite you to linger even in bad weather. There is also a solarium available when the sun doesn't shine. You can go for great walks and bike rides right outside the door. The landlords are incredibly nice and uncomplicated.I have never felt as comfortable in a holiday home as I did here. Plus, nowhere is it as CLEAN as here. The outside area is also so well maintained and lovingly prepared down to the smallest detail. Simply a dream inside and out.We're already looking forward to seeing you again.

We spent a wonderful and relaxing five days here. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Tremml. She showed us the entire property and house, and you could see straight away that someone had put a lot of effort into furnishing it. Everything was very lovingly arranged and incredibly clean. We felt right at home and never felt like we were missing anything! Thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend in your holiday home!

We had a wonderful time at the ALEA VITA holiday home! The holiday home is perfectly equipped for every season. We were there in October and had a super relaxing time, which we mainly spent in the winter garden, in the whirlpool and in the sauna. It was so nice that we could have the feeling of sitting outside in the winter garden even in bad weather - without freezing.Ultimately, we were also happy that there was no WiFi, so we could really relax completely without being reachable.A really great alternative to a wellness hotel, especially in times of Corona.In addition, everything was very clean, very nicely decorated and well equipped.The landlord was also very friendly, showed us everything and gave us recommendations for the area.We hope to be able to come back soon!

Wow! We are still overwhelmed by our wonderful time here. We came as a couple for 5 nights at the end of April to relax together and we couldn't have chosen a better place.The entire complex, as well as the house, are very beautiful, rich in detail and designed and maintained with love and commitment. Everything was extremely clean and high quality. No matter where you are on the site (and there are countless possibilities), you will always have something beautiful in view and can really unwind. Large parts of the area cannot be seen from the outside and almost no people walk in the forest behind the house. You really are on your own.The kitchen is wonderfully equipped so that you can also cook more elaborate meals. The beds comfortable. Lots of storage space in the cupboards and enough towels etc. available. The view from the whirlpool is simply fantastic and the winter garden is a special highlight.The fact that the property doesn't have WiFi put us off at first, but it was just the thing to REALLY relax. It's worth bringing CDs with you, as there are music systems everywhere (even in the sauna!).There are also supermarkets in the area. There is also a Rewe about 10 minutes by car, which has a large range and, among other things. also carries organic products. Various restaurants can also be reached quickly by car. Particularly delicious: “Stern” in Geiselwind - just 3 minutes by car.We received a very warm welcome and farewell and were able to contact Uwe at any time.We will definitely come back and can highly recommend a holiday here for anyone looking for peace and/or romance.

This year (2019) we were again completely thrilled with our visit to Alea-Vita. The quiet location, the well-kept ambience, the many little things that make this place so special for us. There are no wishes left unfulfilled if you are looking for peace and relaxation. You can relax well in the middle of the Franconian flora and fauna.Whether sweating in the sauna, cooling off in the swimming pond or chilling in the pool lounge, everyone will find their place here. Even if the weather isn't great, you can have a great time in the whirlpool in the winter garden. Especially when the rain splashes on the glass roof... wonderful.You can take care of your own physical well-being in the well-equipped kitchen or visit one of the surrounding locations where you can find Franconian and other specialties.We were there with 3.5 adults and there was nothing we didn't like!The pictures on the homepage are NOT adorned, everything really looks that way - except for one or two trees and bushes that may have grown a bit again ;-).Thank you Tremml family - for this oasis of calm - during these hectic times

After a long, stressful and exhausting stay abroad, a break was necessary...When 8 days of staying in this wonderful holiday home came to an end, it was more than difficult for us to give the keys back.This place of silence and relaxation is the right option at any time of the year! Saunas, solarium, pool with pool bar, barbecue corner, fireplace, a whirlpool in the winter garden and lots of space not only invite you to enjoy, but also pass on the highest luxury good in our time to the visitor... This is the fifth time we have taken a break here. And as always, we found everything “PERFECT”. The highlight is of course the winter garden with whirlpool, but the rest of the house is also perfect. The large garden with pool, sauna house, infrared cabin and lounge furniture invite you to linger. If you are looking for a break for two, you should definitely try Alea Vita. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. There's really nothing to complain about here.Finally: 100% recommended.
