An extraordinary stay in the Cube House in VolkachMy stay at the Cube-House holiday home in Franconia was simply great! This modern, architecturally minimalist house in Volkach exceeded all my expectations and offers a perfect mix of comfort, style and tranquility.Highlights:The design of the house is impressive - it is modern, open and flooded with light, which immediately gives a feeling of relaxation and well-being. The large windows offer a wonderful view of the private garden, and the well-thought-out furnishings ensure that you immediately feel at home. I particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen, which made it possible to spend cozy evenings with home-cooked meals.Another highlight was the spacious terrace, which is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of Franconian wine in the evening. The garden is also very well maintained and invites you to relax.There is even a charging station for electric cars.Location:The location in Volkach is ideal for exploring the picturesque Franconian wine region. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start in the immediate vicinity, and the charming wineries and restaurants are easily accessible. You can walk to the picturesque old town of Volkach in 15 minutes and a bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.Service:Check-in was completely uncomplicated and the host was very friendly and helpful. He was always available if we had any questions and gave us valuable tips for excursions in the region.Conclusion:I can highly recommend the Cube House. It is the perfect accommodation for anyone looking for a modern, stylish base for their holiday in Franconia. I would definitely come back!

TL;DR: Nice and pleasant stay, gladly again!We were here because we were looking for suitable accommodation for the weekend and got a recommendation for this cube house. Since we clearly prefer such accommodation to a large hotel, we tested it ourselves. Visually, this is clearly an eye-catcher and not a run-of-the-mill apartment.We didn't miss anything and shopping was easy in the small town. The kitchen was well equipped, something you rarely see in such apartments, AirBnbs or similar.The garden was also beautifully prepared, but we mainly used it in the evening to sit outside for a bit. We were mostly out and about during the day.Short questions were answered and resolved immediately on site. Keep it up!In any case, I’m now a fan of these tiny houses. Totally great and you have everything you need, especially for a long weekend!

The underfloor heating should be able to be switched on separately in the three rooms, according to the in-house website. This is common, so I can't understand why it's advertised. The advertising with old trees is also puzzling to me, as the site is not in a forest or edge of a forest.The price performance decides to me, since the holiday apartment is not particularly attractive, well, carbon material is available.
