Amazing location set in such a tranquil location. The views from the restaurant were beautiful. I cannot comment on getting to the location by foot and public transport, this is something I would love to try in the summer. The food was fantastic and would say they are your average Swiss prices. The atmosphere was truly a typical warm alp atmosphere. The staff were really friendly, they could also speak English which is a bonus for tourists that only speak English. Definitely a place we will visit again. Main course were perfectly portioned. I had a look at the dessert menu , it looked very inviting. The rest of our party all had desserts and said they were fantastic. I believe the ice cream came from Bern. Personally I do not this you will be disappointed. There is also an outdoor play area for children , so that could be perfect in the summer if you are planning an outing with small children. I also found out that you can spend the night there , there are rooms available to sleep in and they serve breakfast, this is something I would like to try in the summer.

Tasty food, beautiful surroundings. Kids occupied by the playground. A bit expensive. If you don't mind the prices it's truly enjoyable.

Were there for lunch. Nice service and boss. There was more than enough food and it was very tasty. An extra request was also spontaneously made (Riesling soup)Location: you can get there easily by car.

Super nice staff. Everything is freshly cooked and 4 vegetarian menus that are not just run of the mill. Even though it is home-style cooking, it is not fattening and it has that certain something on top. What a spontaneous discovery...

The food was great and plentiful, there's nothing to complain about. BUT Waited a good hour for the food, people who came with us or shortly after us were brought forward, served first, were almost finished with the food, 3/4 hour waiting time until we could finally pay. A no go, sorry!! Since we were traveling by motorbike in the nice weather, we wanted to have lunch and not spend the night.
