1. A lovely property located at a very beautiful location. Easily accessible by personal vehicles with the aid of Google maps. Located near Bonndorf.2. Rooms were decent and clean. One have to make their own bed. Sufficient pillows and blankets were provided though.3. The kitchen was a bit congested as the common area is not spacious enough. Majority of the utensils were provided, so not to worry about that. Unfortunately there was neither any bakeoven nor any microwave oven.Absence of a chimney over the stove area was also a major drawback.4. Eventually the service provided by the host, for the amount we paid was not upto the mark.a. The weather was very cold, it was 2°C outside and the room heater was not working. The host gave least efforts to get it fixed for his shivering guests.b. No handwash in the bathroom, no spülmittel to wash the used utensils, no Scotch Brite, no wipes were provided.c. There will barely be any mobile network in this area. Also, the WLAN/WiFi provided here is as good as nothing. There's no coverage in the rooms. One have to stand in the corridor to access it.5. We have a pet cat and we love to take her along on all our trips. This property was under the pet friendly category, which was our main reason behind booking it. But the host's reaction while checking out was not so satisfactory. There was just a little portion of the room where the litter box's sand displaced out to which our host got severely 'ashamed'. This was the point where this so called 'superhost' lost our respect, for the connection between a human and their pet cannot be explained in words. Moreover he expects the guests to return the room in the same condition as it was provided. I'm still in a dilemma what is the service fees meant for.Giving 2 Stars for the property, taking off 3 Stars because of the lovely 'superhost'.

It's a family holiday apartment. So please visit or book here only if you have a family or childrens with you. The owner would not be happy to host adults especially with pet dogs or cats since the room is a little messier than otherwise while you are checking out. You must leave this place in same condition you received it which I think sounds a little odd as the rental fee you are paying is quite an amount which includes cleaning services. Plus the wifi was not at all good because the connectivity disappears as soon as you enter the bed room.

Adequate accommodation but showing its age, so didn't feel it was good value for money. Although the beds were surprisingly comfortable and it was quite secluded.

A great guest house in beautiful Bonndorf.I was able to spend a week in the school camp here.The food was great and plentiful.A beautiful, spacious area from which you can go on great hikes.The boss here is great, very friendly, and gave me very helpful information about the local hiking trails.I would also like to come here with my family.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had mixed experiences at the Steinabad guesthouse.Contrary to some other reviews, my meal at the Steinabad guesthouse was better than expected. It may not have been outstanding, but it was still okay.Unfortunately, I noticed mold in the sanitary rooms on the floors, especially on the 3rd floor, where a defective shower leads the water through a hole into the hallway. The bedroom was quite cold and the leaky windows didn't add to the comfort. There are also no ladders to the loft beds. On the positive side the staff was very nice.

This accommodation is not recommended at all!!!! The food doesn't taste good and there isn't enough for the class!! The beds are full of spider webs and the showers on the third floor only have boiling hot water and there too everything is full of spider webs!! The excuse about the windows being open is ridiculous because you can easily go through it with a vacuum cleaner and it's not difficult but it goes without saying that the room is clean and you can take a shower normally without getting burned. The owners are also very unfriendly and even my teachers say so. I hope the review helps you make an impression not to go there!!!
