The location is great with quick access to the train station, nearby underground parking if you need it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable with the rooms being generally spacious. The rooms have always been very clean with modern amenities. We have enjoyed staying there for a consistent and reliable experience.

Amazing hotel with massive rooms. Clean and nice.
Rate for the rooms is relatively good but maybe because of the concert of Taylor Swift they got fully booked. But the staff are amazing. They have free laundry on the 5th floor. Location is great just beside the train station. I highly recommend it.

Didn't appreciate the 15+Francs for 2 cups of coffee.Small room, but adequate for a short stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the room.Great location to get to old town Schaffhausen....walk right under the train station and be in old town in 6 or 8 minutes

Stayed there for a month straight. Room had a living space complete with a couch et., a study desk, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower n bath both, plenty of cabinet storage. Most of the staff was polite and nice. Restaurant was good too.Location of Vienna house is perfect (1 min walk to the train station), restaurants etc.Strongly reccomended!

We ordered 2 rooms for a family of 6 .The air conditioning was not working in one of the roomsThe room was very hot! Impossible to sleep in!We asked for assistance in the next morning and they promised to fix itWe came back in the evening and STILL the air conditioning was not workingWe spent 2 nights in a very hot room!There was no solution for our problem and it was impossible to sleep Their!I would not recommend this hotel for anyone!!!!

The hotel is just on the backside of the train station 2 min by foot. The place is new and quite comfortable for business stays or for pleasure. The rooms are well organised and compact to stay alone or as a couple. The don’t have in-house parking but there is a paid parking next to the hotel and is separate and not part of the hotel.

This hotel stands out for two major reasons: the food and the location.The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the dinner menu is equally impressive. Everything is delicious, even for someone with Asian tastes like mine. The hotel is also conveniently located near Schaffhausen station, making it easy to get around. If you need groceries, snacks, or drinks, Denner supermarket is just a few steps away.One amusing thing to note: while the room is perfect for couples, if you're traveling with a friend or colleague, you might want to book separate rooms—the bathroom has transparent walls with no curtain! 😄

Updated, modern rooms with a couch and fridge (deluxe queen). hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the alt stadt, river, and walking trails. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for what you get, but there is an omlette chef and the selection is good quality. Staff was very friendly at reception. Beds in our room were spring mattress, not foam, which can be less comfortable. We would stay here again, good value for money.

Next to the train station and clean rooms. On the other hand, the building has a massive issue with the sewage/drainage system. Each room that is uses the bathroom, you could hear the water and I mean really noisy, not normal tube noises. I was waking up during the night because of that. Employee in the reception admitted that they've received complaints about that, but doesn't really help me as I spent 4 nights I the hotel and every night I was waking up at 3-4 am because of this. Obviously you could hear it during the day but doesn't bother that much as there are more noises and is somehow cover a bit the draining noise.Breakfast wasn't great quality for a 4 star hotel. Restaurant on the other side, was good.I general, I'd expect a lot more from a hotel on that category from my experience.
