What a wonderful establishment! We were greeted by a woman who had already carried our luggage to our first floor room - and believe me, mine was heavy! Later, we had dinner and were served by a most professional and kind waiter, who carefully explained every menu option in excellent English to my gluten-free eating husband. They served him fresh white Rhine Valley asparagus drenched in what he said was the best hollandaise he’d ever tasted. This was served with salmon and potatoes. I had the salmon and shrimp flatbread, which was scrumptious! Breakfast in the morning was generous, with a full and large thermos/pot of coffee on the table! The only reason I gave the room four stars was because the bathroom and shower is tiny, and while we didn’t have a problem with that, others might.

They had our luggage in the room when we arrived. The room was new, & modern with an awesome shower. The restaurant was very good & the waiter took his time to explain the menu in English. I loved our brief stay very much. I highly recommend the hotel & the restaurant.

Charming old place with a nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. We had room 102 and could see the river from our room. We stayed just one night during our week-long hike along the Rhine – when we arrived our baggage was already in our room. …

This hotel is in a good location: close to the river, close to restaurants, and close to other attractions. We stayed in their annex facility which is close to the train line (which at times was somewhat loud). …

The room I and my cousin received was small with a tiny bathroom. No AC a tiny piece of soap and one small shampoo packet. The bedsheet are very coarse making sleep uncomfortable.  …

I stayed at the Rheingraf hotel for four days in August 2013 to see the Rhein in Flames.||What a beautiful hotel and a lovely family.||It is a family run hotel and their warm welcoming hospitality is a credit to the Rhine Valley. …

Stayed at the Hotel Rheingraf in August 2013 with Newmarket Holidays. This family run hotel was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in to date. The service and the accomodation was first class. …
