Everything is very old. The trampoline is great, but the play tower is in need of renovation, there are screws sticking out where you can easily get injured, the 2 kitchens that are set up there are already falling apart, plastic is bursting on the sides and the kitchen accessories for playing are completely missing . It's the same with children's vehicles. We had the Rose holiday apartment, which is also in need of renovation, which wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been so dirty. The walls were completely covered in cobwebs, dead animals and stains. There were leftover food from the previous person under the table and there were also stains and hair in the bathroom. Unfortunately we were very disappointed because our expectations were very high based on the pictures and other reviews.

We stayed with the Mayr family for 5 days and felt totally comfortable. Our son moved freely around the grounds and really enjoyed the cows, rabbits and chickens. Trampoline was also jumped on! The apartment was clean and spacious and everything was there. We found the family to be very helpful and uncomplicated! Thank you very much and all the best :)

Super great hosts. The children can really help out in the stable, drive the tractor, and much more. The Mayr family is super nice and always helpful. The large apartment is very clean. Nothing is missing here. The kitchen is fully furnished and, in contrast to the pictures on the homepage, there is also a new dishwasher in the kitchen. Children lack nothing here. The location is just outside Sulzberg. There is absolute peace and relaxation here. In summary, this is a real, authentic farm that is really fun. There's no fancy here and no mega luxury, but that's exactly what makes a real farm holiday. We will come back and are very satisfied. The children are really happy here.
