Privatzimmer Barth

On our Oder-Neiße bike tour we found very nice accommodation with Ms. Barth. Since the only restaurant in town was already closed at 3 p.m. that day, Ms. Barth made us and two other couples dinner, sausages with potato salad. The breakfast was amazing, I have never seen so many fresh vegetables and fruit on the breakfast table, there was simply everything your heart could desire. Rooms and beds were great. Thank you Ms. Barth for the nice stay with you.

Very, very nice, cozy and beautiful. Nice garden with sunset. Rooms are good, everything you need and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. I recommend for sure. We stayed here for a night on the Oder-Neiße cycle path and got exactly what we were looking for.

During our bike tour this year along the Oder-Neiße cycle path, my friend and I stopped at Ms. Barth's in Ratzdorf at the end of August. The village is located directly at the mouth of the Neisse into the Oder and was therefore an important point on our trip for us. Fleeing from an approaching storm, we were warmly welcomed in the evening by Mrs. Barth, who was already worried about us. First we stowed our bikes safely in her garage before she showed us our quarters for the coming night: a simply furnished but absolutely clean, contemporary and completely adequate guest room. We also had a very clean and ultra-modern bathroom at our disposal. We would also have had the opportunity to wash our things if necessary. We were also able to help ourselves to a fully stocked refrigerator with all kinds of (non-)alcoholic drinks at fair prices! We sat in the garden under the carport for a long time with cool drinks and enjoyed the impending change in the weather (after several days of more than 35°C). The night was very relaxing as the accommodation is located in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the village opposite a horse paddock and next to adjacent fields. The next morning, Mrs. Barth prepared us a varied breakfast that was unsurpassed during our vacation, very lovingly prepared with flowers and herbs ((whole grain (rolls), sausage, (fresh) cheese, homemade jam, boiled eggs, fruit and vegetable variations, Raspberries and blackberries from our own cultivation as compote, tea, coffee etc.).Ms. Barth then joined us - without being intrusive - and we talked about the region and learned many useful and interesting things.Conclusion: Top price-performance ratio! We would always love to stay with Ms. Barth again!If only more private rooms/accommodations in the region had been run so lovingly and warmly!Thank you very much Ms. Barth for the great stay with you.Best regardsMary and Christian

You can hardly imagine a better private room. The hostess looked after our well-being at all times, the room and the sanitary facilities were clean and very attractively furnished. Thank you for the great stay!
