Good atmosphere, beautiful view, spacious room, very clean. Love the smell of shampoo, shower cream, body lotion, Bubble Bar, soft bed, lovely staff.

Very good service. The staff are very nice. The food is delicious. The prices are reasonable. The rooms are excellent. The atmosphere is very good. You can clearly see the fog. The mist came up in front of the room. I was very impressed. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located near Khao Kho Post Office. It is in a good position with a beautiful view.Good service staff, good rooms, come stay with family and add an extra bed. I like that the extra bed is next to the window, like it was designed just in case, making sleeping very comfortable.Breakfast has a variety of flavors available.Come stay with a family of 3 adults and 1 child for 4500 baht per night including breakfast. The girl thinks it's worth it.

Very good accommodation. Stayed in the ONSEN VILLA room. Clean accommodation, beautiful view, excellent service from the staff. There is a pick-up and drop-off service. Both people and luggage arrive at the room. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of menu items.

Managers are like people without work. The employees are not polite. It's a hotel where you stay and feel like you're wasting a lot of fuel.

receptionist Very good service The restaurant is on the second floor. But it's not convenient for us to climb the stairs. Breakfast was arranged on the lawn in front of the lobby.There is a slope but it is a bit steep so be careful.The view is very beautiful. Walking and relaxing in the area is a pleasure.

I have travelled extensively internationally. The price for the room and experience is way too high. I had expected far more for 15,000 per night. We stayed two nights and interrupted by various noises from 6 am till after midnight both nights. Children banging on doors. It is cold in the rooms and they have no heating. Basin had no hot water. The restaurant was open but had a very limited menu not of an international standard, neither for breakfast nor dinner. The checkin procedure was very limited. To top it off our toilet blocked the morning we were leaving which was very unpleasant. I can also see the hotel doesn't take kindly to negative feedback rather than treating it as useful information for improvement.

Is shrimp paste expensive? and also sued another customer for 5 million Instead of improving, accept criticism. I lost all my love for Khao Kho.
