We lived in Meeresoase 1 on Poststrasse for a week and spent our vacation in Norddeich. The location of the apartment is very good, it is quiet and you can still be on Norddeicher Straße in less than 3 minutes, and it is about 10 minutes to the sea. There is also a small terrace in the apartment and a piece of meadow. Shortly after we arrived, an employee from the holiday office came and handed us our key. The employee seemed relatively stressed and left very quickly. What we noticed negatively was the cleanliness of the apartment. The sink in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and the shower hadn't seen a rag in a long time. The toilet lid wobbled a lot and it was also very dirty on/under the holders. The dishwasher smelled. The cushions on the couch smelled very musty. There were cobwebs on the ceilings. I then bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom. It seemed to us as if everything was only cleaned roughly, as I easily removed some of the dirt with normal cleaning products, so it definitely shouldn't be that way.Otherwise, the apartment is big enough for a week for two people with a dog and is bright. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

We stayed in the Deichschaf holiday apartment, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts you need on holiday. The keys were handed over via the holiday office. Nice telephone contact in advance, on the day of arrival after a short consultation, keys handed over on the minute. Even the little mishap that happened to us on a Sunday would be taken care of immediately on Sunday. We are very grateful for that. This is how vacation can be.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with this company.The holiday apartment we rented had no hot water - which then became our problem.The problem existed when we moved in (Wednesday) and was then cheekily claimed that it only happened later.So much for the company's service.Toenails behind the couch also show how properly the cleaning is done.Unfortunately, service or support is completely lacking here. Not to mention the understanding that this is an intolerable situation.Of course, a lot of money was spent on a cheaply furnished apartment. Best of Ikea student apartment.If there isn't even hand soap in the bathroom at no extra charge, that speaks for itself.If you have a holiday apartment there: simply choose one of the many other providers. It couldn't be worse or more expensive.

I've been renting here for years and have never been disappointed.The apartments are nicely decorated and the service is great.The locations were always nice and I could reach everything quickly and easily, even without a car.Highly recommended.

We booked our vacation three days before our week and everything went smoothly. We received a very friendly welcome and found a very modern and clean apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed using it a lot.The apartment is centrally located in Norddeich, we could easily reach everything on foot.Thank you for this lovely week that we were able to stay here.

We have been to the Deichoase for the second time now and can only report good things. The apartment was very clean and leaves nothing to be desired. The booking was problem-free and the contact was extremely friendly. The location is perfect. Short distances to the dike, the restaurants and the bakery.We will definitely book with Ferienkontor again.

As a married couple we stayed in the sea view apartment for 10 days. The apartment lives up to its name, you have a beautiful view of the sea. The balcony is at the back so you don't notice the hustle and bustle on the Dörperweg. We have been to Nordeich for the 5th time now but we liked this apartment the best. The kitchen is optimally equipped. We only used these for breakfast because we were on vacation and I can cook at home all year round. All in all we will come back.

We stayed in the Leuchtfeuer 1 apartment for 11 days in April.We had difficulties with the lady on the phone when booking.When I asked about this apartment, it was said to have already been taken for the desired period. I asked for alternatives and they said they would no longer exist either.Just seconds later, my wife called the holiday office and was then able to book the apartment Leuchtfeuer 1 without any problems; she could have even had other apartments.The apartment is modern and well equipped. Unfortunately it was handed over to us very dirty. Our white socks turned black after a short time and so did our son's pants, who we didn't like letting crawl around the apartment.Instead of contacting the landlord immediately, we made the mistake of ensuring cleanliness ourselves. But after the holidays we made up for it and someone came to at least mop the floor.The sofa is not suitable for sleeping and the bed squeaks with every slight movement.The WiFi often didn't work.All in all, we cannot recommend this apartment/provider without hesitation.

Were very satisfied with the apartment! Clean, well equipped and price/performance is definitely right! But the holiday location as such is no longer an option for us. We expected more. No decent beach with water, bars close at 9 p.m., no promenade to stroll around and nothing going on in the evening. If you know the relevant places on the Baltic Sea, you are in for a treat. We don't even want to talk about the water, sometimes there, sometimes gone, it's just the North Sea. But we were surprised by the prices, which were really OK for a vacation spot on the water.
