We were here for the weekend. The view from the balcony is simply fantastic! The rooms and kitchen are superbly equipped. You have everything you need there. On foot it is only a few steps to bakers, cafes and restaurants. Just 20 minutes away is Tropical Islands.We were able to arrive and depart easily. Very great and very nice!We were definitely not here for the last time!

Simply wonderful! There is nothing more to say about this feel-good place!!! Extremely tasteful and practical. Everything you need is there. Filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and of course all the dishes, cutlery, pots, bowls, etc. The entrance to the inner courtyard with parking spaces should be better described. If full, I imagine the parking situation for larger vehicles would be a bit difficult. However, public parking spaces are just around the corner. I'd love to come back!

Hello,2024 and in April the first visit,I've been coming for a long time and always come back, great facilities, great location, everything within walking distance, I've already booked again for June, ....... come regularly and happily, there's no alternative

The accommodation is very nice, super clean and spacious. Everything is new and works perfectly. We were able to have breakfast on the balcony and then spend a wonderful day in Lübben. The small town is definitely worth a short trip and pleases with its renovated city center, small shops and restaurants.The staff (owners) were also very friendly and welcoming and relaxed. We spent a very nice weekend there! The photos speak for themselves.

Great apartment, modern, very good facilities, everything you need is there (and otherwise not a given, e.g.: dishwasher, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth and sponge, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, enough pots and pans, etc. etc.). Very clean.Location in the middle of Lübben on the Spree, bedroom quietly facing the inner courtyard. Good windows, underfloor heating, great bathroom.Bicycle storage room with sockets for charging e-bikes.Highly recommended!Was there for several weeks as part of a business stay, very nice landlord.The only thing that isn't quite optimal is the parking situation in the narrow inner courtyard, but if everyone parks to save space, it's fine. It's just like that in a city center area.All in all a clear 5 stars!

Beautiful, top modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment.(With loving details, all of which I can't list here. Example...real plants on the dining table and balcony)The location of the house in Lübben is super central.👍🏻Every apartment has a perfect view of the Spree.We had wonderful weather in September ☀️ and were able to sit on the really large balcony every morning and evening, eat and watch the paddle boats, excursion boats and ducks go by.There is also storage space for bicycles you bring with you. (Pump is also available)Although there are only 5 parking spaces in the yard, you can also park for free in the nearby public parking lot using a parking ticket that you get from the owners.The young owner couple Paul/Richter are extremely nice, helpful and treat their guests very lovingly.What I would like to emphasize again... is the cleanliness.Rarely have we arrived in an apartment, no matter where in Germany, and it was SO clean.This is probably because the owner (Ms. Richter) cleans the apartments herself.It was our first time in the Spreewald, but certainly not the last time.Spreehaus Appartements is definitely recommended!Silvia and Holger from Gelsenkirchen

Tasteful decor, great location. Landlord very nice (especially the information on how to get there saved a lot of nerves), fully equipped. Definitely worth a trip :) A note should be made: The apartments on the upper floors can only be reached via an external staircase, so they are not barrier-free.

Great, clean and modern apartment. Great location and friendly owners. Only the parking space in the back yard is a bit tight. Highly recommended.
