The proximity to the beach and the self-service refrigerator were great, the staff was very friendly and there is a nice seating area right in front of the houseThe rooms and bathrooms are not particularly attractively furnished. Everything was old, the strip on the inside of the cupboard was loose, the shower door could only be closed with a little force. The joints were black and the faucet on the sink could only be turned off tightly with a towel so that it would no longer run. The cleanliness in the lounge also left a lot to be desired. The breakfast at €15 per person is way too expensive. All in all, in our opinion, the price-performance ratio doesn't match here.

What you see is what you get. Warm North German hospitality. Hearty breakfast. Proximity to the dike. Short walk into town and still peace and quiet. If you want to relax for a few days for little money, this is the place for you.

The provider is not recommended because we did not receive any money back.I was sick (hospital) and afterwards we couldn't go on vacation, especially the 9 hour drive. We haveinformed in good time, the answer was, no problem. Now we also wanted to have the 200.00 euros that we had paid in advance. We were fooled three times and we still haven't had it to this day.

Great location in 5 minutes you are at the sea. Some restaurants and souvenir shops as well as a “recreation park” are 10 minutes away. Running range. You can park wonderfully right in front of the house. We spontaneously stayed here for one night. The rooms are small but nice and, in our opinion, inexpensive for the location. We can't say anything about breakfast, we didn't book it.Staff/owner super friendly! You immediately feel warmly welcome!Gladly again! We imagine 14 days of vacation (for luggage) to be “comfortable”. But really more than enough for a short trip!

When we got into the room we didn't feel good, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, it needed to be re-papered, the bathroom door was painted a blue-grey, there were flaws everywhere on the door leaf, there were long blonde hairs on the bed sheet, the bed sheet looked otherwise unwashed from bathroom tiles over painted catastrophic we would never check in there again €15 breakfast per person that's just not possible there is alcohol being drunk right next to the front door with several people so you can only hear noise on the upper floor and smell the alcohol in the stairwell. We didn't sleep at all in this guesthouse and didn't have breakfast there the next morning, that didn't matter to us. The main thing was to get out of the house on the phone, the boss on site was so friendly, didn't even say a greeting, it was just terrible, it was no further from our side recommended

Friendly staff. But poor value for money. 15 euros for breakfast is not justified. Furniture in the room was damaged or partially unusable. Light in the bathroom didn't work. Very noisy. When you arrive you find out that there is a charge of 4 euros for a parking space directly on the property. The overall concept and the condition of individual rooms could be reconsidered for the benefit of everyone.

My parents were there recently and were very happy with the stay and I also stayed there when I picked them up and I also really enjoyed it. The name says it all, located right on the beach, very nice and quiet area, but there is still a lot to see. Very good breakfast buffet can be booked inexpensively. We booked the rooms by phone on the way there on the same day, spontaneously and uncomplicated, great thing. We'll definitely come back sometime, thank you very much.

A bit outdated but very nice hosts and a good location near the dike. Absolutely fine for a short vacation. Unfortunately, internet connection is only available in the lounge

It's going ok.My room 5 seemed quite uncomfortable, which could be due to the lack of carpet and the very bright light. Feels a bit like a storage room. The furnishings, including the bathroom, have also seen better days. And despite there being enough space, there is unfortunately no luggage rack. Another highlight: the light switch to the bathroom. You first have to close the sliding door to the bathroom every time so that the light switch can be reached. The money for the sliding glass door to the bathroom (which is already over in a single room) could have been invested in a larger television. Unfortunately, clairaudience is also a big issue. Interior and exterior walls are very thin. You can hear everything, including the neighbors. The breakfast, however, was completely fine. Everything you need, with one or two highlights and overall very tasty. Conclusion: too uncomfortable (at least my room) for the price. I wouldn't book again.
