Beautiful guest house located directly on the lake. Clean and beautiful rooms with a fantastic view of the mountains and the lake. Varied, great breakfast. Family-run house, very nice care and a warm atmosphere.We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We were in very good hands with the Grünäugl family. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful.Our double room with balcony had a beautiful view of Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the Fraueninsel. The sound of the lake was very helpful when falling asleep. Or was that 🍺???The breakfast was varied and above all sufficient. Nothing was missing.There was no need to fight for a parking space either. The bikes were stored well in the garage and were charged there at the charging station if necessary.What was also good was that our sockets in the room had USB ports.

A wonderful guesthouse with friendly hosts. The whole family cares about the well-being of the guests. Everything was very clean and well maintained.Location right on the lake with a wonderful view of the Fraueninsel and the mountains.With your own boat rental.

I felt completely comfortable in the Grünäugl guest house. What is special is the wonderful, unique view of the lake and the Fraueninsel. My room was spotlessly clean and nothing was missing. There was even a small refrigerator in it, which served me well.What should definitely be highlighted is the breakfast, which is freshly prepared, very rich and lovingly prepared. The service in the family-run hotel is also excellent. All of my concerns and requests were addressed in a very friendly and courteous manner. From the Gstadt location you have many options to organize your time. Thank you for the pleasant stay. I would be happy to come again.

It was a wonderful, relaxing week. The breakfast was freshly prepared with a lot of love every morning, the staff was always helpful and super friendly. The rooms are very nicely furnished and everything in the house is very clean. We'll definitely be back, which we promised yesterday. We wish you many more nice guests 🌺🩷🌞🍀

The Grünäugl guesthouse piqued our interest due to its location directly on the lake. The offer and the rooms convinced us to book there. We were not disappointed and the stay and the lake view room was better than expected. The rooms are modern and very comfortable! The view from the lake view rooms is of course legendary! The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is also great! From here you can easily explore the area and the islands of Lake Chiemsee. There is nothing negative here. A clear recommendation!

Directly on Lake Chiemsee. The senior rents out the boats in front of the guesthouse. Very nice older gentleman, boats in tip top order :-)The boss is very, very nice and accommodating. As a middle-aged couple, we felt very comfortable as guests. The breakfast is sufficient and there is something for everyone.The rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. We had one with a direct view of the lake and the Fraueninsel.Anyone who books there will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

We spontaneously stopped in Gstadt while we were passing through and even got a room for two nights. The hosts are really welcoming and the fantastic location right on the water is unbeatable. In this house you can see the passion for running a guest house. Thank you very much for two really great days and the excellent breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay for our wedding. The view from the balcony and the location of the guesthouse are fantastic. The owners are very friendly, you just feel completely at home. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and was excellent. We'll definitely come back again. Thank you for the great start to married life!
